e.l.f. Cosmetics: FREE Shipping--NO Minimum!!!

I'm assuming most of you have heard of e.l.f. cosmetics . If not, they sell very inexpensive cosmetics products--with most of their items priced at just $1! I usually pass up purchasing e.l.f. products because I hate paying the $6.95 shipping they charge! Well, guess what? I have a FREE shipping code to share with all of you and even better, there is NO minimum, so you can purchase just one $1 item and it will be shipped to your house for FREE! Wa--hoo! At checkout use coupon code ELFCMO and your shipping charges will be removed!

e.l.f. cosmetic products make great stocking stuffers, so here's a quick round-up of some cute items to throw in those stocking (or gift baskets):
These are just some ideas! They've got lots and lots of other items priced around $1-$3 to browse through!

(Thanks for the coupon code, Tenisha!)

The lip gloss can be sticky, but it's good quality. They just started selling it at Target. I just ordered the Brightening eyeliner in Ash and Midnight. I got the Ash last time when they had the free make up kit.

Anonymous said...

where do you put the code ?????????

Jen said...

It worked - I ordered several small stocking stuffers for my three girls!

Tami said...

The stuff isn't great, but it is good for teens. (if that makes sense) I have bought several lip glosses, mirrors, sponges, nail polishes, and they have been fun little additions to gift baskets.

Anonymous said...

FYI - I think the products are made in China (I saw the tag on a product at Target).

Anonymous said...

anonymous at 7:40 what isn't made in china? Seriously?

Go to your shopping bag after you put something in it. Under your item(s) it says "Got a coupon? Enter it here!" That's where you put it and it worked for me!

go through shop at home and get 7% cash back

It's not the right make-up for someone picky about what they'll wear, but otherwise it's nice. I like the brushes :)

I think their quality is decent. Definitely not clinique or pur mineral quality but it's good! I use their white for the upper eyebrow touches! I think it works great for the little things!!
They are sold at Target too and still priced at $1-$3. So if you wanna go to Target and get some stuff....then you would know the quality and if you like it.

I tried their Mascara at Target.. It's ok. Better then I expected but wouldn't buy it again. I am interested in trying some of their other products.

Thank H2S for the promo code. Saves me a trip to Target :D

Did you notice the free mini makeup kit with purchase? Use code LOYAL....It doesn't work with the free ship code but the kit is worth $15. Will be great for a 12 year old. Thanks once again for the heads up guys! (er....gals ;)

Well, I am picky about my makeup. I typically ONLY wear MAC & that isn't inexpensive (& my skincare line is DDF which is pricey as well). I ordered a highlighting cream for $1 & got the free kit the last time Collin posted a deal about e.l.f.

The highlighting cream is ok; nothing fantastic, but ok. However, I'm VERY impressed with the free kit. The blush is great! Some of the eye shadows are amazing; about 2/3 of them are just as good as the MAC I typically buy at Nordstrom. The other 1/3 of the shadows suck badly. But, considering I spent $7.5 total including s/h, I am blown away about the products.

So, I'd say it's kinda hit or miss. When it's good, it's amazingly good. When it's bad, it's bad. But at this price point, it's certainly worth trying.

I love my kit I got with the LOYAL code. I agree with Heather. Some of is it GREAT! The other is not so great. I love the lip stuff and blush because it is a cream. I only dye my lips with it not full on lip stick.(I have a thing about stuff on my lips!!) I love the cream duo's I got as well with it. Fun colors. I mix and match with my BM and elf. Thanks for another deal collin!!

Heather said...

can't combine the LOYAL code with the free shipping one. bumma

Some of their products are really great.. others are not. Like others have said, it is hit and miss. I actually really like their mineral line. The foundation, concealer, and especially eyeshadow are great. I was using Mary Kay mineral foundation before and this is way better. Their brushes are great too (the studio ones moreso than the regular ones). But I've tried other things like the brightening eyeliner and that was bad.. it tugs at your eye and doesn't go on smooth or even very dark. So some things ARE "you get what you pay for", but many of their products are absolutely worth much more than they cost. Definitely worth trying them, especially with free shipping! I'll be ordering more mineral makeup and clear mascara with this code

i ordered 3 brushes! i've been wanting some eye brushes & figured i'd give these a try for a buck a piece! also i ordered the cuticle pen... i have dry cuticles & thought it may help! [once again, worth a chance for a buck!]

They're brushes are really good. The studio line stuff are good as well. But most of their make up are full of parabens fyi.

If you order 3 of the $1 bath products it will automatically take $2 off because right now they have a sale on teh bath products. Just worked for me. I got 2 lip glosses, 1 lip tin and 3 hand sanitizers (from the bath products tab) all for $4 shipped!

I was soooooo paranoid about e.l.f. I watched them from a far when they started out. In my heart of hearts I've always believed that e.l.f. started the rumor about them selling out Bloomingdale's cosmetics. They were also not up front with their origin. Later they placed P.R.O.C. on their merchandise. Not too into the covert mess so I just continued watching and allowing others to be my guinea pigs. *insert evil laughter*
After reading great reviews on blogs and YouTube I was actually ready to give them a run for their money....then I seen that they are hard to find and VERY expensive to ship. I just happen to be in Tar Jay (Target) when they were just put on display (maybe for the holidays, maybe permanent?). I snagged an eyeshadow palette, a brush, and liquid liner. The brush was GREAT and I was so amazed by the eyeshadow...the eyeliner on the other hand sucked SOOOO bad, I threw it out. I wasn't going to return a dollar item. Would I e.l.f. again? Sure would. I want to try out a few things...after reading reviews.

I worked at Clinique for awhile and although I love "fancy" makeup (who doesnt!!?) now that I'm a SAHM, im not spending crazy money on makeup--I gave ELF a try and personally dont see much a difference in the quality or wearablity in their color products (eye shadow, blush...etc) Im not crazy about the mascara, but everything else I use I like--the brushes work well too! If you're particular about foundation..buy what you like, but for colors, save your money and buy elf!

I ordered a kit (didn't really work for me ha) a brush and an eye lash curler last time. The eye lash curler is INCREDIBLE. I've had several before and this one works so easily and does it quickly. Definitely worth much more than $1

I actually like this makeup fairly well and I normally wear Estee Lauder so this makeup is a steal. This is my second time ordering and since most of it is $1-$3 if I don't like it I haven't lost much. The web address is www.eyeslipsface.com

Awesome! 5 makeup brushes and 1 travel mirror for $6 shipped plus 7% back through ShopatHome!

I buy makeup that is made in Italy. No way would I put something pn my face that is made in China.

Melissa said...

awesome,thank you!

Anyone try the HD Powder? The reviews are great but still skeptical. Thanks

What the heck is the difference between makeup made in Italy vs China? I could see if you were referring to US made products but you are not. What could possibly be the difference?

Anonymous said...

FYI it will take $2 of if you buy 3 little hand sanitizers making them 3/$1.

Anonymous said...

China has little oversight. Tainted baby formula is one example. Remember that?

Anonymous said...

ok whatever.....the U.S. imports so much stuff from China...........

Nnika said...

thanks for sahring about the hand sanitizer. I got 3 for $1 too and 3 makeup brushes.

Did you all see the refer a friend, get a free gift added to your shipment thing? Wonder what it is...

I have tried a ton of their stuff during various different promotions.

Here are my two cents, take or leave them. Honestly their prices are so low it doesn't hurt to try their stuff.

Waterproof eyeliner pen: Sort of like a dry Sharpie. If you want waterproof eyeliner, invest in Urban Decay 24/7 liners. Well worth it.

Eyeliner Pencils: VERY hard, difficult to use

All Over Color Stick: Good, works as described

Therapeutic Balm: Very waxy. Try Lorac's "Lip Gloss" balm in their VIP clearance section instead.

Plumping Lip Glaze: Smells like plastic and doesn't taste much better.

Custom Lips: Thin coverage but decent. However, my lips belong to MAC.

Radiance Blusher: Good

Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder: These are very flaky when you brush them but they look fantastic on. I use them everyday.

Pressed Powder: Very sheer

Nail Polish: Decent, but don't expect Opi.

Cuticle pen: Garbage

Eye Shadow Brush (regular line): I used these everyday. These are by far the BEST eyeshadow brushes you can buy for $1. They are very soft and do the job well without falling apart. I have about 10 of them. These are the only brushes I liked from the regular line.

Total Face Brush: Hurt my face

Eyelash curler: Complete garbage. Try Tarte's Picture Perfect Curler instead. It's amazing.

Eye Makeup Remover Pads: Garbage. Dried out almost instantly because the plastic case they come in is crap and doesn't seal.

Mineral Eye Shadow: If I remember correctly, every single color is VERY pearled. If you are looking for something matte, avoid these and try everyday minerals instead.

Mineral Foundation: The colors seemed off to me, but I am VERY fair completed.

Mineral Kabuki Brush: Awesome brush for the price, I use it daily.

Studio Line Single Eye Shadows: Decent

Studio Line Corrective Concealer Compact: Let's just say the colors don't look like they do on the website in person.

Studio line Under Eye Concealer and Corrector: Pass on this one

Studio Line Blush: Good

Studio Line Kabuki Brush: Good

Has anyone received their mini makeup kit the 27 piece deal that was posted like last week I think. I got an email saying that mine was mailed but have not received it. Let me know Natluc@comcast.net

Anonymous said...

I decided to use Code LOYAL and get the free mini makeup kit ($80 value). Instead of shipping . since I couldnt do both. Shipping was less then $7. and I got $23. worth of stuff. Not bad. I went through Cashbaq first. u get 5% back.

Anonymous said...

Let me correct myself. My total came to $23 shipping included.

Anonymous said...

Thank you for this post. I have been needing new eybrow brush and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I haven't seen one in the stores, but haven't lookd too hard. I was excited to find one (actually bougth 2) for $1. I also did the handsanitazier. So, I got 2 brushes and 3 hand sanitizers for $3 shipped. Yeah!

Wy said...

Couldn't resist trying some of the products with free shipping. For $1 an item you might as well give it a shot. Thanks!

AC said...

At checkout my total was $17 when using the free shipping code. However, I found another code that will take 50% off for orders under $16. That code is "FACEBOOK". I used it and it took $8.00 off instead of the $6.95 for shipping taken off. In the end, using the FACEBOOK code saved me an additional $1.05. If you're going to spend $16 it's the better way to go, otherwise the free shipping for orders less than $16 is the better deal.

Unknown said...

The free shipping code is a one time use per email account! Just a heads up so you know. Thanks!

Anonymous said...

The mini hand sanitizers are 1.00 each and if you purchase 3, it takes 2.00 off when you plce them in your cart. I got 6 small hand sanitizers for 2.00 shipped!

shelby said...

Anon..thanks for the heads up, i just ordered the hand sanitizer also..6 for $2 shipped!

hollie said...

I tried to order a brush and 3 hand santizers. When I put in the free shipping code, it says my "order total is too small for this coupon".
Has the promo changed?

Anonymous said...

I just saw this stuff at Target last night.
Not sure I'm ready to give it a try. I'm kinda loyal to my main brands.
Good luck to all who try!

Anonymous said...

i tried to order some hand soap, and my message came up the same "your order is too small for this code"..help! has the promo code changed?

Anonymous said...

I've only used the minerals products, but I LOVE those. I haven't had any issues with shipping and I've never had issues with ordering something and then finding out they were out of stock later. (I've heard a few complaints about this in the past.) I've also heard some mineral E.L.F. products are comparable to MAC.

My Final Verdict-Cheep price and good mineral products.

Anonymous said...

I wanted to order 13 items (which included the 3 hand sanitizers) and it deducted the $2 for the hand sanitizers but wouldn't take free shipping code, said my order was too small for offer...... did they change their deal??

Anne said...

I guess the code only worked yesterday. I tried to check out last night but Paypal wasn't working and when I use the code today it says my total is too small, but I could use the LOYAL code to get the free mini make up set which makes it worth while.

Miami Momma said...

just tried to buy eyeliner for $1 - it said my order was too small to qualify for free shipping!

jenlyn87 said...

I called ELF cosmetics and they said that you had to spend 15 to get free shipping but still $15 dollars is not to bad because you would be spending at least $6.95 on shipping I hope that helps!
Have a Merry Christmas!

Anonymous said...

I tried using code, didn't work, any ideas how to make it work. Thanks.

Anonymous said...

it would not let me use the coupon code, said my balance was not high enough. (it was $5). I called them and they said that code was bogus unless you spent $15 or more....why is there such conflicting info???!!! guess I am not placing an order!

Anonymous said...

Good thing I placed my order early.

Jennie said...

Free Shipping only with $15 + purchase. I particularly like the clear brow mascara...

Anonymous said...

Bummer, tried using ELFCMO and it does not work fo me :(

Anonymous said...

I got the free shipping code to work this afternoon 12-17--so it may take a few attempts.

Anonymous said...

I tried the mascara a while ago and it was TERRIBLE. I actually bought 3 of them, tried 1 and threw the other 2 away because it was so bad. And I'm generally not that picky. But after looking like a raccoon for a couple weeks, I was done.

Anonymous said...

What is Shop at Home and how do you do that? I think I saw another person say something about Cashbaq. I haven't tried either of those and just wondered how to do it, what is involved and if it costs something up front? Thank you so much. Also, are the prices exactly the same at Target? Is it just a better deal with no tax?
