I registered, got the e-mail with the link to the coupon-- but it only prints out a blank coupon with my name on it?? Anyone else having problems? I e-mailed the company.

When you went and clicked on the website for the coupon did you put your name and email in and click print? I did that and my coupon came out ok. Or is your printer out of color ink? I know my computer was out of color and always printed the coupons wrong.
