I've been having the same problem with SmartSource...I have Windows Vista. I never wanted to install whatever you needed to install to be able to get the coupon. Some of the installations are Active X and I heard they can give the computer a virus, so I didn't want to do it. On this one, I just clicked "run" and I was able to print my coupons...I don't know if it actually installed anything because I didn't see anything added today. You might want to try it.

I have trouble with smartsource coupons too. It says it is my Java. I have fixed it and still nothing. Anyone who has problems like that figure it out?

you have to print from a different computer AND a different FB account, but you can do it. probably worth creating a dummy FB account for this one.
those of you near a meijer can use 2 of these AND get the $2 oyno coupon through 12/5 for it!!! sweeeeeeeeeet! i just highjacked my husband's FB account too. hahahaha

My kids are now fans of International Delight too lol... Only bad thing is that I can only use these at Walmart and Target since my local grocery stores don't accept internet coupons that have "FREE" on them.
It wouldn't work for me on Firefox so I switched to Safari and it worked. Printed 2!
I really would have loved to get this freebie! This is what it said:

Help! For some strange reason - when I print coupons now - only the ad prints! No barcode! What's going on? I've tried reinstalling the coupon printer - but no luck...
I had to reinstall my smartsource coupon printer and that is why I came up with that parameter error code.

Walmart and Target accept the FREE internet coupons
I have never had problems using frees @ my Kroger store (Fred Meyer)
It only let me print one on firefox so I went to IE and it only let me print one there too...but at least I got 2!
Albertsons will take internet coupons... Walgreens, Target, Walmart as well. Call your local stores to be sure before going in just to be safe.
I got the same error message on FF and then went and tried on IE. Still nothing. But I kept trying on IE and finally got my 2 prints. Thanks!
Never heard of this brand before...where are they sold? I tried looking on their website but the "submit" button is just an image, no link.
doesn't work. prints out a small icon of creamer bottles, then tells you you reached your print limit. Yaaay. I love that none of these deals ever work out for me lol!!
Is anyone else tired of companies doing these Facebook fan deals? I'm not on Facebook, nor do I plan to be, so I guess they are never going to receive my business. I just think it's ridiculous!
Has anyone used the coupon yet? I just wanted to know if it works. Most coupons that say FREE on it have a spot for the cashier the write the amount in and it doesn't say it on this one.

JB...I am with you. I have a FB account, but I get so annoyed when I see that someone else is a fan of something. So I never do these deals. I am thinking about having a second FB account just for coupons.

Go back into facebook, hit "coupon" again, and you will be able to print the 2nd one...that's what I had to do.
I was able to print two coupons last night (the second one, I clicked on 'coupon' on the front page of International Delight's website. Looking at this coupon now, I see under 'Retailer' it says "WhiteWave Foods will reimburse you..." etc. Does this mean the coupon is only good at WhiteWave Foods??

WhiteWave is the distributor of International Delight...you can use these where ever they take "free" internet coupons.
White Wave Foods is the manufacturer of this creamer...hence the one to reimburse the store. :-)
