LISTEN UP READERS. I JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM REDENVELOPE.COM. They cancelled my orders where I used two gift codes! I had even called customer service to ask if this was allowed....told her that the fine print said it was not but that the computer was accepting my orders. She assured me that it was fine, but apparently the CEO didn't think so as I just got an email saying my order was cancelled. I know a lot of you did this....oops!

fyi... it kept saying my cc had an error and to try again. kept trying... finally after the third try entered another cc #. come to find out... my other cc WAS charged.. three times!! soooooo unless something is fixed... i'll be sending everyone FOUR christmas cards.
