I believe it was in January, there was a similar deal at CVS...buy 3 cards (99 cents each) & receive a $3 ECB. It was a limit of 1 offer per card. Will that make this offer void? Or is your recent post a new offer for the month of Feb? of this week's unique deal?

Please clarify, thanks.

No, it will not make this offer void. Since it is a new Feb. deal you will still get the ECB and I've also heard from numerous other people that the limit is 2!:)

Hi, is there a particular form in the Cosmo that you need for the free tote bag? Does it have to be purchased from a particular store? If not, can you please tell me what information they want along with the receipt (name, address, etc.)? As luck with had it, I bought the lipstain when it was on sale at CVS this past week (and liked it enough that I got another on a price match at Walmart - I'm learning!) so it would be a real bonus to get the free bag too! Thanks!

Laura,
You can purchase the Lipstain from any store and you do not need a form. In the description all it says you need to mail in is the original receipt, so I would assume you would just mail that in along with your name and address.

Great, I'll give it a try. I've been following your site (and seriously couponing) since the beginning of this year and just want to tell you it's great and I love it. Thank you!
