FYI....as of May 4th 2009 the earrings are all on backorder. I contacted the comanpy becasue I had not rec'd my order yet, which I place my order on April 12th. THey had such a huge response for the earrings, they have to back into production!
How did you contact the company. I tried their number and all I get is a recording that is also a fax number. I also tried emailing them, haven't gotten a response back. Did they say when we should expect them?
Just got an email that they shipped my earrings! I took a month but hopefully they'll get here in one piece!
I got mine today and they are beautiful! Amethyst is my birthstone but I am definitely giving them as a gift. With my large family and four daughters, I will have trouble figuring out who to give the gift to! Maybe my mom!?!? :)
I got mine about a week or two ago. I am so impressed by them as well. These will be my daughter's 6th birthday gift to go along with her ear piercing she wants. Even tho I didn't hear from the company to let me know they were on back order, I have heard from Samuel Back to ask me personally if I received them and once again to thank me for my business. I will buy from this company again.
Has anyone else had trouble receiving their earrings? Mine supposedly shipped several weeks ago ... I have sent numerous emails asking for the tracking number or the insurance information so I could track them and get no response. I am very disappointed :(
