Amazon: Microwavable S'Mores Maker Deal!

Here is a fun little Amazon Deal I came across:

Progressive International Microwavable S'Mores Maker

Was $8.99, now just $5.64!
Plus, ships FREE on $25 or more with Super Saver Shipping!

Supposedly this unique gadget can microwave 2 S'Mores in 30 seconds or less! You just have to fill the water reservoir, place your graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallow on the tray and heat. The marshmallow and chocolate heat at the same time, thus ensuring a perfect S'More every time!

I was a little skeptical about this product at first, but after reading the 5 star reviews... well, I think I actually may have to snag one! My kiddos and I LOVE S'Mores and when we can't have bonfires, this little device will come in handy! I also may grab a few as gifts to get my total up to $25 (for the Free Super Saver Shipping). As I always say, you can never have to many gifts on hand. I love being well prepared for those unexpected Birthday parties!

I make s'mores for my boys all the time. Put one graham cracker square in microwave. Top with a piece of chocolate and a jumbo marshmallow. Put in microwave for 10 seconds. Top with other graham cracker. Enjoy! Also, I sometimes put this in the fridge for a few minutes to let it set and put them in my son's lunch. He loves s'mores for lunch.

Here's something fun my kids came up with one night during a power failure: "Mini S'mores." With a votive candle roast a mini marshmallow on a skewer (metal would be best), put between two Teddy Grahams and a chocolate chip!

A marshmallow between 2 keebler fudge stripeed round cookies works really good. We LOVE our smore maker.

jill....that sounds so cute. we have s"mores over a fire a lot in the winter and then over the campfire in the summer. but teddy grahams seems so much cuter. thanks!

Jill,

Sorry but it's actually not a good idea to 'roast' smores over a candle because of the fragrance and other chemicals that are being burned off, the marshmellow will 'soak' up some of them and then you eat it...not a good idea. For this same reason, do not 'roast' over a gas stove.
