Hi Collin,
On the ear buds and the remote control, I'm thinking you can get one of each...that's the way it usually is. I don't have the rebate book yet (I haven't been there yet this month). Do you have the rebate book to check?

I can't seem to get the orajel rebate to work. Is anyone else having this problem?

Do you think I can use my Mars free candy coupon that I signed up for on a Friday morning to get 2 bars free?

How can I use a BOGO free coupon on a sale that is BOGO free?

I used my Mars free candy coupons today no problem. The coupons are only for up to .85 and the candy at Rite Aid was .88 so it came to .09 for 6 candy bars. A pretty sweet deal!

The Aveeno deals is still pretty good this week, as I didn't make it there last week. They are only 20% off, but I snagged three bottles priced at 8.80 x 2, and a 7.99 (skin care one) and so my total before Qs was just over $25. Then used the 5 off of 25 coupon, and three 2 dollars off coupons. My subtotal is just a few cents over $15, which I will get back in rebates, plus the tote! So just change (and tax) for three Aveeno products.

What does SS mean when you reference a coupon? Sorry, I'm a newbie!

For the Orajel rebate form: I downloaded it and I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (up to date), and it says this is not a supported version and it can not open it. Where did it come from?

I did the aveeno deal last week and I messed up. I bought 2 sun care and 2 skin care so I did not get the j & J $10. Did get the tote and $5. Kate please tell me you bought 2 bottles of what?

I used my BOGO Mars coupon today and got 2 candy bars free without any problem. Also there's a pretty good deal on diapers if you don't have a CVS:

Pampers on sale at Rite Aid for 8.99
buy 3 = 26.97
use $5 off $25
use (3) $1/1 for Pampers in 6/7 PG
Total OOP: $18.97 for 3 packs of Pampers or $6.33/pack

Hi,

SS means SmartSource...it's a an insert in newspapers with coupons.

Hope this helps!

Jackie...hmmmm, well let's just say I submitted it, my third product was a tinted facial product with SPF protection, but maybe that won't count as "Sun care". Thanks for pointing that out and I'll be sure to double check if it will work.

Also, for the tote, the rite aid website says that you have spend $20 after coupons. Hopefully they won't count the $5 off $25 coupon and you'll still get the tote!!!

I can't get the link to work on Orajel either, so I called Orajel to see if they couold e-mail the rebate form.
Guess what? They are mailing me a coupon for a FREE product instead? Not quite as good as a MM, however 2 free items not bad... They are also reporting the rebate problem to their tech guys so maybe they will fix the link and we'll still be able to use the rebate! YMMV - Christina (Richmond)

fran,

I picked up a rebate book today and am looking at the Philips rebate--it says "Purchase One: Ear buds with Hard Case, 3-Device remote control (Limit one rebate). Up to $4.99 rebate." So, as best as I can tell, it's one or the other, but I could be wrong (since I've never done one that has 2 choices of things to buy). Hope that helps!

Also there's a "Try Me Free" sticker on some of the Sure deodorant, if you haven't already done that MIR:)--makes it a $3 MM!

Anon, thanks for the heads up, I called orajel and they are sending me a check for $1.50. Both are good deals. Kate, I was able to return skin care for sun care and will now get the J & J $10. They have not counted Q's for the tote so far. hth

The Orajel link didn't work for me either, so I tried calling them and they said they couldn't help me with rebates and there was no # to the rebate center. What is the phone # you folks tried and reached for information on the rebate?

Orajel has been purchased by Church & Dwight Co. Cusotmer service - 1-800-952-5080, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST

The rep went to the website, couldn't print it either and offered to send some $ off coupons. Hooray!

My Rite Aid would not use both the Rite Aid flyer coupon and clipped coupons for Colgate toothpaste due to both said manufacturer's coupon on them. Still saved money by using $5 of $25 purchase coupon and paid 67 cents per tube of toothpaste (bought 6) and same for toothbrushes. Also was only able to obtain one rebate per household for razors-anyway around that rule?

I have a question...Some of the coupons in the Rite Aid circular have manufacturer's coupon written on it. I was not able to use a manufacturer's coupon on top of this coupon. For example...Colgate toothpaste had a coupon in the Rite Aid circular for $1 off and then I presented my coupon for 75 cents off. The manager said because the Rite Aid coupon said manufacturer's coupon I could not use another one.

Any help or advice?

I am looking at the $10 rebate when you purchase $25 of certain products but I don't see anywhere whether it is ofter coupons or not. I have several coupons for the items on the list and was just wondering. Can anyone help?
