On another note, I've heard from 3 readers now about lots of air freshener products being on clearance at CVS! Some items found: Glade Scented Oil Candles $1.19 (may work for the Extra Care Buck deal?), Airwick Luminair Flameless Candles $2.19 ($3 coupon available here), Glade Wisp Flameless Candles $1.19 and Renuzit Triscents Refills $1. Let us know if you find any of these too!

One comment on clearance items at CVS. I have 2 stores I frequent. One of my stores allows coupons with clearance (items are scanned at register); the other does not because clearance items are manually entered under 'taxable goods'.

I was however able to use a $1 off any scrubbing bubbles on a 97¢ Action Scrubber Refill; and a $1.50 off Scented Oil Candle on a $1.37 scented oil candle!

I wish we had a CVS here. Darn it!

savings-cravings: maybe call corporate and ask for their rule? Then bring that statement to the CVS that is wrong? Just an idea :)

this is exactly the deal I did to get the aveeno ECB! These cleansing pads look pretty good - can't wait to use.

I found great deals on air freshners as well. I picked up Glade Wisp .99, Renuzit tri scent refills 1.29. Also on clearance, White Diamond perfume gift set 1.7 oz Eau de parfum + tube of lotion $2.99. My fave perfume from the 90's retails for 29.99. I also bought 1.7 oz Sarah J Parker Covet. 5.29, normally 52.99. By the way, my CVS takes Rite aid $5 off $25 coupons available on coupons.com right now.

my cvs also had a clearance...i was able to get 10 bottles (25 loads) for $1.25 each!!!

Be careful. If you have used the 5 off of 25 before, then it will not let you do it again. I wish I had my 4 off of 20 with me. But it was still a great deal.

Thanks for this! I had been avoiding the Aveeno deal because I couldn't figure out how to get it to work for me. This will be great!

Yes! I love this Aveeno deal. I was in the store tonight, trying to figure out if I could afford it because I so desperately need good facial soap and moisturizer, and decided against it. But with the 5/25 coupon, I will get it! Thanks so much for your great deals! I'm having so much fun with these coupons!

The clearance Glade products do not work toward the Glade ECB deal--even though the specific products on clearance are those listed as participating products in the ad. I'm currently in "negotiations" with CVS customer service reps about getting credited the $3 ECBS.

Today, I got three jars of Aveeno Daily cleansing pads. I used 1 $10.00 Aveeno coupon, 1 CVS $5.00 coupon, 1 $3.00 Extra Buck and 1 $4.00 CVS ReadyFill facial/skin products coupon (ask the CVS pharmacy about their Readyfill program and get a FANTASTIC coupon book with $25.00 in coupons for free!). My grand total after tax was $6.05. PLUS, I got $10.00 in Extra Bucks back! Yay me!

THANKS so much for the invaluable info on this site!
