Numerous readers are having issues with being able to stack a Target coupon and manufacturer coupon together on one item. Well, the good news is that Target's coupon policy clearly states that you can use both coupons together on one item. Their policy also states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. Go on over here to access their coupon policy. Print it off and keep it with you every time you shop at Target. You also may want to read more about the coupon issues people have been encountering and what can be done about it here.

I must be blind as a bat, because I cannot find a Haggen Daas coupon in 8/23RP. Help?

Rhodes frozen bread rolls on clearance for $1.24 & there have been $1 off coupons in the paper last month. $.24 a great deal!

Does anyone ever run into trouble using more than one of the same target coupon. On the coupon it states "One Per Transaction".. I haven't had the gonads to push it.

Anonymous said...

My Target hassled me about using more than 1 coupon for the same items, citing the '1 per transaction' excuse and they did not want to take coupons that were a higher value than the actual item, even though I showed then the Target Coupon Policy. They said it is always being revised and updated. I said I can make several transactions and they said that would be abusing the system. I told them their company made the coupons, not me. (P.S. I won in the end)

My Target is pretty good about letting me use more than 1 Target coupon. Yesterday I used 2 Target insert coupons for Intuition razors and 2 Target printable coupons for Johnson baby wash, all in the same transaction. In other trips I've used several Target printable coupons for single serve cereal cups all at once. It all depends on your store and/or cashier, some allow it, some don't.

How in the world can you buy 2 bags of dog food and use 2 buy one get one free cpns and expect to get both of them free? I really do not see Target going for this.

The Target Pop Tart coupon says .75 off an 8 count box so I'm not sure if they will accept it for the 12 count box for the OJ/Milk deal.

There is no Edy of Haggen Daas $1 off coupon in the red plum 8/23. I even checked coupontom and couponthingsby dede. Neither of them have that coupon listed. Anyone else having this problem? Was it regional for Red Plum?

Doodle said...

I don't see an Edy's coupon but I do have one for Dreyer's. When I check couponmoms coupon database and type in my state it shows that there should be an Edy's coupon but I only see Dreyer's. Are they the same company?

I am very lucky. I live fairly close to 3 Target's. And only once have I had a problem with using more than on Target Coupon at a time. I told the cashier I would be happy to do them each in a different transaction. And she said "Well No, I will do it" I even had one cashier who Told me about the a local Blog with great deals. Reason 386 I love Oregon!

It really bothers me to see scenarios using multiple of the same Target Qs when they clearly state one per transaction.

I went to Target and found the fee glade 2oz candles and they told me I could only use one coupon at a time since it says one per purchase, I tried to explain to him that it means one per candle. He said that it doesn't work that way. I am thinking about calling Corporate and letting them know what happen so they can set them straight!!

Edy's and Dreyer's are the same company. I don't see a coupon for either in my RP for 8/23. Does anyone know if this is just a regional coupon?

Steph said...

7-11 use to have Haagen-daz coupons on a peel-pad. This was about 1 month ago. They were on the freezer doors by the ice cream. YOu may want to check your local 7-11 to see if they still have them or have more. They do not expire until 11/30/09. ALso, in the single serve ice cream bin, they had Edy's dibs & haagendaz ice cream bar coupons. These were as recent as last week. GOod luck in searching.
We never had the Edy's ice cream coupon in Michigan. I'm thinking that is a local/regional one.

Does anyone know when the kid's boost sale ends? Is it a 6pk or 4pk? 2 of the 3 Dallas Targets I visited yesterday were sold out...I was thinking of asking @ a raincheck if the third store was out as well, but their boost was regular price & they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if it was on sale! Bummer!!

OK here's the thing I had two ladies in my line at Target (I am a cashier there) they were doi ng the soap buddies and skittles and ceareal coopers...yay for them!!! Well my boss saw it and came over politely told her she could only use one at a time. She could do it this time. I felt awful for her, later on I asked him if she could of broke her transaction up and did it all seperate? He said yeah if she felt like standing in line that long then yeah she could have. My next ? was well then what's the problem if she does it all in one then. It's the same amount of money well the coupon says limit one per transaction. OK so here's the deal keep using the coupons just break your transaction up!!!!!!!!!!! So if you are in the Greenwood area come through my line I'll just ring each item up individualy....this will irratate the GSTL's beacause they will then have to call for back up cause the line is backing up....we will see how long they make us and you do it individualy.

I live in East Tennessee and we got the edy's $1 coupon. I also got one through a mailer last week.

Lowry517 said...

here in east TX they had a sign by the Rice Krispie treats for the buy 4 get $5 GC. These are on sale for like $1.75 or $1.79 each. Would have been a great moneymaker. I didn't get any b/c I used all my R.K. treat coupons at the Kroger doubles a few weeks back. So, check your stores for the Rice Krispie treats.

Lowry517 said...

I got 42 of the Canine dog foods free today. Checked out all at once. The funny thing is I don't even have a pet. These are being donated to someone that can use them. Wish I had remembered my $5/$50 Target coupon that came in the mail. Oh, well! I will be back in the future! : )

I had fun doing the Special K deal tonight. My cashier has seen me before and calls me the "Coupon Lady" :) but one IP didn't want to scan. She told me she couldn't take it due to that. I politely told her to type in the coupon number and sure enough, it worked just fine. She learned something new and I got my super deals!

Ashley B. said...

Dreyers and Edys are the same. I live in Houston, TX and we did get the Dreyers $1 off coupon last wk. Looked for the Kids Boost, but they were $8.99 at mine...was going to wait to see if they go on sale to $7.99 like I've heard.
Everyone needs to write to their corporate Target! I did and now I'm not having trouble with using all my coupons. In my email I specifically listed which stores I was having issues with. I'm hoping they have called the mgrs and educated them on their own coupon policies. I've only been twice since I wrote to Target, so we'll see the next few times if I'm having issues.

Ashley B. said...

oh yeah, one more thing...try using hotcouponworld.com to print your Target coupons instead of organicgrocerydeals.com. Not trying to dis that site, but now that I've started using HCWorld, I don't have as much trouble with their coupons scanning as I did with OGDeals...just a thought.

What zip code do you use for the $3 Huggies coupon? When I enter my zip, there is only a $1.50 one. Thanks!

Chris said...

This probobly sounds like a stupid question... about the nexcare bandages coupon...can you use the $1.oo of coupon if the item is less than the value?

Anonymous said...

I was at my favorite target today prepared to get ice cream for .50 each. However the $1 coupon for the drumsticks is clearly marked for the 'lil drumsticks, not the ones one sale. They were priced at 4.39. The coupon would not work for the drumsticks on sale. Also, the .75 coupon for pop tarts is marked for the 8 ct box not the 12 ct box. I don't like to substitute coupons. That's why cashiers start questioning all our deals trying to cheat the system. My cashier even told me they were told to now check coupons more carefully.

It's not free, but if you love Lucky Charms at your house, it is on sale for $2.50 at Target this week. Combine the Target coupon with this

http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=qgbvcli19374128&bt=vi&o=57174&c=GM&p=M7Zoxktf

and it comes to 1.00 a box. Pretty good for Lucky Charms.

I found the Rice Crispie treats for $1.75 as well and if you buy 4 there is a $5 Tragert card. However it didn't ring up that way at the register. The manager fixed it though. Then I had a coupon from a back to school booklet from Albertsons that was buy 2 Rice Crispie boxes get a store brand bread for 2$ off. So I bought 4 RC boxes, and paid 7$. Then I got back a 5$ gift card and got 2 loaves of Archer Farms bread 2$ off. Great deal!!!!

Did not do to bad today at Target, except they refused to take the General Mills coupon for the single serve cups and for the Crazy Core Skittles. Little irritated they claimed that I had to get the box despite the fact that they did not have the size on the coupon. Will not be going back to that Target!

Another diaper deal. In the past P&G Brand Saver there was a coupon for 2 dollars off Pamper diapers use that with the Target Coupon for 2.50 off when you buy Pamper diapers and wipes. Total Spent 7.50 for a package of diapers and wipes.
