Walgreens: Huggies Wipes $0.29 Deal Scenario!

I noticed a few of you left comments on my Walgreens Shopping post with confusion over the Huggies Wipes deal! Well, here is deal I was able to score at Walgreens:

Huggies (72 ct) Wipes $2.79
(that was the regular price in my store)
Use the $0.50 from the 7/19 or 8/16SS
Plus, use the $2 Walgreens Back-2-School coupon
Final cost ONLY $0.29!

I was able to purchase 4 packages yesterday for just $1.16! Plus, it got my total closer to $25 to get the $5 Register Reward back! Also, remember that you ONLY have to use one Walgreens store coupon--even if you're buying more then one item. Like I said, I bought 4 packages and used 1 $2 coupon, but it still deducted $8! I just love that about Walgreens coupons!

I was able to use the coupon on coupon.com for $1.50 (on ANY Huggies Diaper Product) making all 4 of mine FREE with overage. The Walgreens Coupon took $8.00 off and used 4-$1.50. A total coupon Savings of $14.00, the cost for the wipes at my store are $3.29 ($13.16 for 4). Overage of $.84, I used the coupon from coupon.com FIRST and had no problem.

Hopefully more people can snag the online coupons!!!!

I will have to do that. My Walgreen's is $3.29 for 64ct wipes.

The coupon in coupons.com says any Huggies Diaper Product. I always took that to mean only Diapers. I'll have to try that and see if they take it.

The back of the Back To School Huggies coupon says it is a manufacturer coupon. It seems wrong to use two manufacturer coupons for one product. Some people say the numbers on the coupon prove they are not a manufacturer coupon but how do we know Walgreens doesn't have an agreement set forth with Huggies? Just seems really immoral to me.

Kristina, if you consider the WAGS coupon a MQ, then we should be able to use it anywhere. But I would doubt that any other store would take that.

I was told that Walmart would take the Walgreens 2.00 coupon because they take other stores coupons. Well to make a long story short they wouldn't take it. So if you are concerned that it is a manufactures coupon and that it should not be used with the 1.50 manufactures coupon then you probably shouldn't be. I mean Walmart didn't take it as a manufactures one, they said it was a store coupon. (Which I still believe they should of taken but whatever you win some and you lose some.) My best advice though is to do what you feel is right.

I tried using the Wags coupon with Manufacturer coupon for wipes and the register wouldn't let it go through??? I tried to purchase 9 wipes with 1 wags coupon, and 9 huggies coupons. It beeped on the
1st manufacturer coupon. Is this because I need filler or what do I need to do???

You should hand them the MQ first, then the WAGS Q. That works for me. The first time I did it, I handed the WAGS Q first, it took it, but then when I handed the MQ's, they beeped. The cashier was nice enough to void all that and try it a different way with scanning the MQ's first, then WAGS Q. Her manager was right there when she did it.

I always do the Wags Q first then the MQ to prevent problems. Otherwise I always beep!
