I think I got my catfood coupon, but it was sorta jumping thru hoops. You have to register, then you have to make a profile for your cat, including a photo, then I couldn’t find the link to get the coupon. So I came back to the Hip To Save site, and clicked again on the link, and got the page to fill in your address etc. to mail the coupon. Then I got this message: “Thank you for joining the Royal Canin® Felines Group! You will receive a coupon for a free 10-12 oz. Bag of Royal Canin® Feline Health Nutrition™ within 1-2 weeks. Please note that supplies are limited and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.” The good news is, I was able to request coupons for each of my two cats!

I tried the same thing... I jumped through all the hoops and I got an error at the end. Maybe they are out of freebies? It's hard to say. The site directed me to try again later, but when i try again I am still getting the same error.

humm couldn't get the form page. Not sure what to do. I made an account...and I made my cat profile..then I didn't see anything. Logged out..came back where it asked me to log in and get my coupon..which i did..and it said I must have a cat profile to get it..but I do? IDK..I guess I'll give up on this one.

I was able to get a notice that said the freebies are on a first come first serve basis.

I actually had a picture of my cat, I wonder if he is the fattest one on there? :D

I had no luck a couple days ago and ended up emailing customer service... the key is that you have to A. create a profile for your animal and B. upload a photo to their profile before you can get the free food. Like Ann said, if you create multiple profiles with photos, you can sign up for the free food for each pet. I just completed my profiles by uploading photos and sure enough it went through!
