Awesome. I just got all that for 6.95. Thanks!

They are REALLY good fresh - the packaged cookies aren't the same, but I think they're still good

Yay! I just did this! My total was only $6.95 shipped!

Just keep in mind you have to enter your credit card info on the same page as the coupon code. You then have to go to the next page to see the discount show up, but it does work! Thanks, Hip!

Jaime said...

Dang - I missed the ebates bit, but I sent this deal to my best friend... just because! :)

I think I will pass after the previous disaster! I am sure I will have to cancel all the shipments, but not Collin's fault at all....The company's send out false advertisements to get orders!

Anonymous said...

just sent my mom cookieS!!!

Anonymous said...

How do we get the $10 rewards code? I hope it's shipped to us who paid for it and not the people who are receiving the gift, although that'd be nice too:)

I just got the deal! I love Cheryl & Co cookies. A friend sent me a dozen after my son was born. They were fantastic!

Cambria said...

How would you go through Ebates? I can't find the free cookie promo through their website. Any advice? Thanks!

Kate said...

If you just get the free cookies and then when you are checking out you click on the "continue to gift messaging" they will give you an offer for a 36 count box of assorted cookies for $19.95. Then at checkout you can use the VG code for $10 off. So, you will get 46 cookies (36 + 6) for $16.90 shipped. Great deal!

Kate said...

And....I meant 42 cookies.

Jamie said...

has anyone checked their confirmation emails? they're charging shipping for both items...

Anonymous said...

No it told me shipping was $6.95 total for both items. I got the Honey Apple cookies and the free cookies and the free cookies ship free it said. May want to call them up.

Anonymous said...

i order these a lot as gifts and my friends all love them.....thanks i ordered some for my and some for my ex hubby (he has the kids when they are being delievered).

Anonymous said...

I haven't gotten a confirmation email either thought.

Anonymous said...

I didn't receive a confirmation email. The total I agreed to was $6.95, so if they up it, I don't think legally they can adjust this.

Julie P. said...

Are you guys getting an immediate email confirmation? I ordered about 45 mins ago and still haven't gotten an email response.
Thanks!

Anonymous said...

The $10 rewards is promo code UC on orders of $50. or more. Don't think I'll be buying more cookies right now. Twelve is plenty with all the Halloween candy coming! LOL.

Anonymous said...

I checked my CC statement and it shows only 6.95 pending. So, it appears they only charged me once for shipping and I also ordered both items.

Anonymous said...

I get the message ERR_ITEMS NOT BUYABLE.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for this!! Can't wait to try them. Any other companies out there--this is a GREAT way to introduce your product to new customers.

Anonymous said...

Has anyone got a confirmation email yet?

Kelly said...

I wonder if they've caught it - I just tried it and it didn't work. An error message came up due to the coupon code. It was worth a try!

No confirmation email for me, yet, either and it has been 45 mins to an hour.

Anonymous said...

Honey Apple cookies are OOS.

knolmomma said...

no longer available :(

Anonymous said...

Since I didn't receive any email and I only agreed to $6.95, they cannot charge more. When the cookies come, I'll just dispute the charge & let the credit card company know they overcharged the order... You can't return eaten cookies!

Anonymous said...

I LOGGED ON AND IT SAID DEAL NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Jennie said...

10/20/09 1:40p THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
Darn. I missed out this time.

Lindsay said...

I didn't receive a confirmation email, but was able to get in on the deal...my cc is showing the %6.95 charge and I printed that page. When I logged back into the site my account didn't show any orders. I'm hoping they honor this offer.

I also saw that this is a sister company with Fannie May...I bet they'll be more careful with their discount codes in the future!

I just called customer service and spoke to a lady who said that the page we printed out after our order on their web site is our "email confirmation"...not quite sure why it didn't show up in my email box, but she gave me my actual order number when I called, which was different than the one at the top of my page (started with 20013... number). But my order is shipping next Monday she said for $6.95 and they WILL be shipping both orders in one box, not separately. Whew! If only I had rememberd to ask her about the $10 rewards card. Darn! Anyone else heard about that?

I just tried this promotion and the website said "this promotion is not available". Bummer

Jaime said...

Hm. I have not gotten the email and saw the comment about the receipt page being our confirmation. I did not print it but did write down the #. Am emailing them to follow up...

Anonymous said...

I just got the email confirmation finally and the total was $6.90, NOT $6.95! Woohoo...gotta love saving 5 cents.:)

cjs said...

AWE man...SO bummed I missed this deal. I absolutely LOVE their cookies!

Shannon said...

I never received an email confirmation for my order and so I called customer service this morning. At first, the cs representative said that I was being charged for the Honey Apple cookies and it was only after I said that I had used a promo code that she said I wouldn't be charged for those. After that, she typed in something and said that I should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. It might be worth calling if you haven't received the email confirmation yet.

****DEAL IS BACK ON!!****
I just submitted my order.
I passed on the apple cookies (which are still in stock) & opted for the 36 bow box (reg $40 on special for $20!!) so with the $10 off code... that totals 42 cookies for only $16.90!!
FYI I chose the cheapest shipping option $6.95 today and looks like the cookies will be arriving on the 28th.
If that date works for you these will make a great gift.

Try it again CJS! Btw do these really taste good? I've nvr heard of them but my chubby tummy just couldn't resist =P

i am on hold with customer service now as they today are charging me 13.90 and my confirmation yesterday said 6.90. This is fraud because I agreed to a charge of 6.90 for items I ordered. They are not allowed to adjust the prices after the agreement it confirmed. I did let them know that I will persue this matter with my state attorney general so we will see! After waiting over 10 minutes~~W00-HOO I am being credited back my 6.95.

The deal worked for me! And I'm planning to have them shipped right before Christmas to use as gifts! Thanks for the info!!

Amy said...

Everyone who did this deal needs to check their credit card statement. Yesterday when I ordered the cookies, it said my total was $6.95. Today when I checked my cc, they had charged me $13.85. Also, when I called customer service, they would not immediately credit back my account, and they would not cancel my order. The best she would do is tell me that customer service would look into my situation and they would determine whether or not I could be credited. It was a bit of an unpleasant experience to be honest. I was told that I should have known something was wrong if I wasn't charged shipping on both items and should have called them to confirm the deal. Anyway, hope no one else runs into the same thing, but be sure and check to see what you were charged.

Anonymous said...

I just ordered these cookies all for $6.95! DEAL IS BACK ON SITE! Thanks alot!

Amy said...

update from above post: I called them back b/c I tried the deal again and it still said $6.95 was the total. The first lady I spoke with pretty much convinced me I was crazy and maybe I overlooked the other charge. But nope, it still goes for $6.95. Anyway, got someone different who right away said it was a glitch in their system and that technically there is supposed to be a shipping charge for BOTH items, but that's not our fault. He immediately credited my account back, and restored my faith in the customer service at this company! :-)

Angela said...

I got charged shipping for both. $13.85. Called CS. They said each item ships seperately and they will NOT credit back my account. :(

Anonymous said...

I think the problem some people were having with shipping charges, id if they were shipped to differnt addresses... I think they only charges once, if both were going to the same address, but twice if you were splitting the order up to two addresses. I ordered mine when the deal first went up, printed my receipt, got an e-mail today (the next day) confirming the $6.90 total, and I checked my bank statement. I was charged correctly everywhere. I had everything shipped to one place.

Amy said...

Nope, mine were both shipped to the same address, and still got double charged.

Anonymous said...

Mine were shipped to the same address and contrary to my original confirmation price I was later charged DOUBLE for shipping!

Sorry for updating you ladies that the deal was back on without knowing that they'd be ripping us off on shipping! =/ I'll be calling CS. Looks like it depends on the rep.. they'll either refund or not at their discretion. Good luck. Check your statements.

Anonymous said...

Same here! I was charged twice for shipping! WTH..lol They were both going to the same address at the same time!! I called the number and got a weird recording. All I have to say is, if they want to continue business with people then they should try to correct this to make people happy. What a joke.

This deal is back on but I'm a litte afraid to pursue it if I'm going to be charged shipping for my free cookies AND shipping on the rest of my order. I did receive an email from Fannie Mae with a $15 off coupon for either here or the popcorn factory. It made sure to mention tax and shipping were not included in the coupon. Anyone else going to bite on this?

Anonymous said...

I had placed 3 separate orders (and actually bought more than just the freebies). Two had one shipping charge and the last has a double charge. All were going to the same place. I emailed them and they are giving me a credit for the last one. So odd. It wouldn't be a big deal if the confirmation page stated that there was a separate shipping charge for each item but it didn't. They can't tell you one thing and then charge you another.

Anonymous said...

So here's how it goes... CS is 1st going to try to give you the run around... but if you push the matter then will then refund ur shipping. It's a 2 step process. Can't blame them for trying to 1st to keep as much $ on the deal as possible.

Also... you're able to change ur shipping date. I pushed mine to thanksgiving so the 36 assortment will arrive just in time for me to bring over to dinner. =)

I can't wait to try the free 6 piece order! Hope they're worth the hassle.

Anonymous said...

Received them today.
I regret buying them =(
The ONLY good one was the buttercream frosted one. The other 5 were not good at all. So all in all $6.95 for one good cookie is a rip off. Sadly I still have the 36 assortment on the way. Do you know if we're able to change our orders still or is this just a complete loss?

Gina S. said...

I was charged $13.xx too. I can't find the page I printed so I will have wait until I get that. If they don't refund my 2nd shipping price, I will call my CC company. The cookies sucked!! I'm very disappointed.

Heather said...

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks the cookies are terrible. My two year old won't eat the chocolate chocolate chip. How bad does it have to be for a two year old to reject double chocolate!
