That is the cutest thing ever! LOL! Perfect idea for a fun after dinner desert with the family! Chocolate covered fruit - YUM!
Would this be fun for a wedding gift basket or something, too?
How perfect!! I ordered 5 as well for neighbor and teacher gifts. Thank you!!
Just FYI - depending on how you really want to use it, I know fondue with the tealight under it doesn't work great, it's okay. It's okay for the kids to putz around with or something but usually the electric powered ones work 100 times better. May want to hold out for a great holiday deal on an electric.
Nice! I got one for my sister - she loves hershey kisses! I just bought one and signed up for the free trial of Amazon Prime, which gets free 2 day shipping on any order - I just need to remember to cancel it before the 30 day trial is up.
Snagged five. Got an Amazon credit card, giving me $30 credit, and got all 5 for better than free! Wahoo! Thank you thank you.
I bought one of these after on an after Christmas sale last year and I am glad I didn't pay full price for it because it was not worth it.
Be careful of how long you let the tea light burn - the ceramic doesn't distribute the heat evenly so the bottom can be VERY hot in random places. Also, if you don't stir often - as in every few minutes - the chocolate will build up and react with the ceramic and whatever it's glased with; I ended up having to throw mine out after one use, even after scrubbing and a week of soaking, because it never recovered.
I am not sure if anyone else has ever had a problem with this product, but I know that I was VERY disappointed.
My sister just started college this fall, and I was wanting to make her a spa basket. . . with all my free CVS stuff, of course, so this will be a fun little addition, I think. Who wouldn't like pedicures and chocolate? :)
i got my 5 fondue maker today! they're so cute! i'll take note of what k10 said. im also thinking of just using this fondue maker as a candy jar.
