It seems the Scotch Pop-Up Tapes are on clearance everywhere! I have noticed them at CVS, Target and others have reported seeing them at Walgreen's and Walmart too.At CVS I found them in the clearance section (with the Christmas items) discounted 75%, making them ONLY .49 each. I also saw them at Target but they were NOT with the clearance Christmas items, just in the regular section with the other tapes. I scanned them and was shocked when they came up 90% off!
