Ok, so do you end up having to pay $8.50? Or are you getting the lip balm for free and free shipping?
No, you'll be getting the lip balm, lipstick, gift box, and sleep balm for $8.50 shipped. That's a really good price for this expensive brand, though.

For a few $$$ more ($13.50 total) the Ginger Essence™ Intensified Fragrance Rollerball is a good option too...I love this product and it is really affordable. I carry it in my purse at ALL times! =)
