I'm so sorry, that just happened to me too! After going back I realized that you had to click on the top part wher it says. "No purchase necessary" to fill in the form without getting the magazine subscription.
I'm pretty upset since the way they have it set up is really deceiving. Anyway I'm just going to call them I guess and cancel.
I'm so sorry about this. I should have researched it further before I posted. I just got so exited and wanted to hurry since it said for the 1st 5,000.
I did that yesterday too. I emailed seventeen right away atsvncustserv@cdsfulfillment.com and told them I did not need or want the magazine. I received an email from them today stating they had canceled my order. So you may try that!
Well, I didn't subscribe, BUT I was told "that I don't meet their age requirements!!" Not sure what age this runs through. Guess, 36 is too old!!

Ok, sorry for all the commments, but I went to the bottom of the website and then to Customer Service and then went to cancel my subscription... Well, that didn't work but it gave me an email: SVNcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com

So it looks like you can cancel and not have any oop.
It wouldn't accept my email address, so I tried putting in another email address-same thing...rejected it. Perhaps it was because of my age. As I can see from reading this, 63 is waaay too old. :-)
But I still appreciate all of the advice and tips I get here from all.
