click on where it says, "request a free sample" not the blue dots.
Any advice I found where it says click to claim your free sample, I click and then it just stays black forever. Am I not waiting long enough?

Thank you! I finally got mine. It took forever. I kept getting a black page and then sometimes I'd get a screen with the blue dots but no image in the middle.
I kept trying off and on for the past hour and finally got in. The site just must be overloaded right now.
The free sample request is in the middle section that wasn't loading at first, in case anyone else is wondering!
