CVS: Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Moneymaker!

WOW! There is a SUPER HOT moneymaker at CVS this week! In the weekly deals I mentioned the Neutrogena Extra Care Buck deal: Buy 2 Neutrogena Sun Care products and get a $10 Extra Care Buck. Well, apparently purchasing 2 of the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF 55 (1 oz.) will generate the $10 Extra Care Buck. These are ONLY priced at $1.99, so buy 2 for a total of $3.98 and get back a $10Ecb. Final cost FREE + a $6 moneymaker! Yay! (Thanks, Beth!)

On a side note, I just want to apologize for posting the $2 Neutrogena coupon in the CVS weekly deals. A reader had sent it to me and I went ahead and posted it. I hadn't put too much thought in to the coupon (I was rushing trying to finish up the deals, so I could spend time with my kiddos & hubby). Well, I realize now I'm not exactly sure where the coupon originated from, so I have since deleted it. Thanks to those of you for bringing that to my attention!

I found $2 manufacturers coupons for the neutrogena in a pamphlet by the neutrogena sun care line in Walgreens. I used two of them today to do the deal at CVS.

Thank you always for your great blog!
I have "Save $3 when you by any 2 Neutrogena Cosmetics Products", I believe it was from Womans' Day or some other magazines. Would sunscreen count as one of cosmetics??

Such a great deal. I am excited to learn CVS. Next week my Longs is turning into CVS. I can't wait. But it will probably be too late to do this deal. Oh well. Lots of savings soon.

Dang, I wish I could take advantage of this deal, but I live in S. California and while they get this whole buy out of Long's drug store settled they are not doing any ECB deals :(
I just have to settle with Walgreens although I can't complain because I started just at the beginning of the month with the Glucose meter rr, paying nothing oop and now I have $110 in RR that I keep rolling into more and more money making. :) Can't wait for the meters to give the $10 rebate next. I will be all over that!

Do you happen to know where these are in the store? I looked every where today and couldn't find them!

I had trouble finding them, too. I even asked an employee at CVS who was very helpful, and he didn't know where they were and even tried to help me find them. I've read on other sites people are finding them in the make up section. I may try to go back today and look there.

Hi guys,
I was able to find some this morning in the cosmetics section. They were thrown in those round circular bins close to an endcap.

They may not be sold at all CVS locations.

I found a $2 Nutragena coupon in our local Winn-Dixie insert.

Is this a clearance item?

Was only able to find 1 in the sunscreen aisle. Got it, and got the sunscreen block which was 8 dollars, so still ended up to be free. Also used a $2 off neutrogena cosmetics coupon from a CVS mailer. I asked if it counted, and register person said it did, so I used it.

I just had to give this a try! Went to one CVS, found only one, and got it, just to see if it would count towards the two required. It did, and then hubby drove me to a second CVS, where we found the last two they had. I went on ahead and got them, since I knew I would use them, and out popped my $10 ECB! For people still looking, I talked to management at my favorite CVS, and was told that these were promotional items sent when the rest of the new Neutrogena suncare line came in. The stores were given one container of these, and it looks as though that was it. However, each store should have gotten one! At the first store, the tub was on a center suncare isle, and in the second one, it was by the front registers. So check carefully, because they could have put it anywhere! Good luck! :)

Got this sweet deal! If you are in Mesa, AZ go to the CVS on Brown and Recker - they had 10 of these little tubes still on the shelf. In the middle sunscreen display at the front of the store - they are on the backside. Wish I could buy them all!!!

I too could not find the 1 oz. Neutrogena anywhere in the Barrington, IL store. I even asked the cashier and she could not find it.

I searched the store in Portage, IN last night and didn't find any either. Asked the cashier and she didn't know of it either. Checked the cosmetics section, suncare section, and skin care section. No luck.

Checked 3 different stores in Chicago...no luck on the 1 oz sizes :(

The Neutrogena deal is a great one, that is assuming that your CVS carries this size of this product which mine does not!

Anyone find these in the San Antonio, TX area????

I found 1 in with the travel/trial sized items. Then purchased another item for 7.99. Not a bad deal. Wish they had more.

Found them in Montgomery AL. I really had to search. I checked the miniature isle and sunscreen isle, looked on the end caps and nothing. I was walking out the door (empty handed) and saw them on the check out counter in a plastic cylinder container. Fortunately I had ran my card through the coupon machine and received a $2.00 of any skin care product, so I spent $2.00 plus tax and got 10 ECBs. Great deal!

I went to 3 CVS in the Charlotte area and couldn't find them either. Just my luck :)

I used the coupons you had posted and they worked. I was hesitant at first after you took them down.

Thanks Anon, for letting us know you were able to use the $2.00 coupon you got in the mail. I was able to use mine also. I did go to Walgreens before CVS tonight, but never looked for the coupons there...I have to write everything down or else I forget, and I never wrote it down. Here's the funny part of my shopping experience...the first thing I did was scan my card at the machine, then I turn around and there is the little tub of Neutrogena-only 2 left-so, I grabbed them. I continued to shop around and when I went to check out, I only had 1 Neutrogena in my cart....so the cashier, Emily, and I go through the store looking for the other one...she even looked on the shelf for another one...well, I went over to the refrigerated beverages, where I got the Sobe, and when I threw them into the cart, I must have knocked one Neutrogena out of the cart. It was on the floor...so, all is well, got both of them and my $10.00 ECBs...yay!!! I also had an old rain check for Island Health Joint Relief for $29.99, get $29.99 ECBs...I used a $5.00 coupon, got 2 $15.00 ECBs (they had trouble trying to give me a $30.00 one), so it was a $5.00 MM. Yay, again!!!
