I need some help- how do I know when one of the Kmarts in this area are participating in double coupons? I called and nobody knew so I spoke with a manager who also didn't know when but says they aren't doing one for the week of 5/3. One store told me to check to ad online- will it say somewhere? I couldn't find it. My zip code is 98662 and I searched through all of the local WA and OR ones.

No they won't. Any coupon with a value over $2 will not be doubled, so if you used the $3 coupon it would just deduct $3.

You may want to call your local Kmart. I heard there was a huge misprint in most of the ads, so your store actually may be doubling up to $2. You also may want to call corporate because your store may not know this.

Can you use Internet coupons at Kmart?
Did anyone get an email today from Kmart.com letting you know of the friends and family for tomorrow evening from 6-9 p.m. offering extra discounts on certain items and then extra 10% off everything else? I got the email but again the mgr. of my store says she won't accept, that corporate hasn't programmed her computer, she says it is only at Sears. I told her it says KMART and Sears and the email is from KMART. Has anyone else looked into this? St.Louis people. I talked to the Ellisville store and they finally got the memo for the double coupons. YEA! double up to $2.00. It would be great to get an extra 10%.

Anon-Yes, Kmart accepts internet coupons. They only accept 4 of any one coupon. For example, I'm fairly certain the if you use 2 Pert Plus coupons, then you cn only use 2 Pert Plus for Men. Or if you use 4 Pert Plus coupons, then you have used your limit on Pert roducts. Make sense? I'm not 100% on this, but this happened to me on Dog and Cat treats last time.
I got the email too about Friends and Family night tomorrow from 6-9. I read the exclusions and couldn't find anything about coupons.

Ok, stupid question...for coupons that say "do not double or triple"... kmart wont double or triple them, will they?

Technically they won't double the coupon IF they catch it or if there is a problem with the coupon and then they read it when trying to make it work....from what I understand if the bar code starts with a 5 it will double if not "caught" but a starting # of 9 is supposed to be programmed not to double. Personally I have used do not doubles before with only 1 problem case and then they read it and wouldn't double it...:( Otherwise all others have worked. Also some coupons for multiple products won't double. For example the $1.50 off 2 pounce cat treats will not double for some reason at my store and then they tell me it states in their policy they will only double up to the value of 1 product, yet others work just fine so I gave up on that particular coupon.

Last time Kmart tripled I had .50 milk coupons that said do not double, I figured it was worth a try and they did triple them so I got milk for $1.50!
I had one that said "do not double", and the cashier put it in as a generic mf Q, and it doubled that way. I didn't ask her to, she just did.
I've noticed that on the Wiskas cat food you can print more than 2! My girls love this food!

If you have a coupon for .55 off it will double up to $1.10. Unless the value of the item is lower then $1.10, then it will only double up to the value of the item, but you'll still get it free. I hope that makes sense.
I just went to Kmart and they also have the Glade candles on sale for $5.00. I still had the $4.00 off coupons so they are only $1.00. I also had Cutter (mosquito spray) and Hot Shot (wasp spray) coupons that are IPs (I got them just a few days ago and can't remember where!) and it made for a great deal on both when the coupons are doubled. I was disappointed with the selection of Kellogs cereals on sale this week because only the Mini Wheats and the Special K match up with the coupons. Still a good buy for $.75/box!

OMG, I have to tell you what happened to me on Sunday. I took my husband shopping with me, so that we could do two transactions. He checked out first because he had fewer items, but we knew his total would be a bit high because he had two cutter insect wipes and two childrens tylonal, great deals but this would make his total a bit higher. His total came to $62 but after coupons he owed $8.79. Yea!
Next it was my turn. I put everything on the counter and my total came to $65, after my coupons I saw the register said $4.87, I turned around to get my purse and when I turned back to the cashier she had called a manager over. That's when I realized my total was actually -$4.87, the manager told her to open up the register and give me my money. I couldn't believe it. It was because I got everything free plus used the $5 off coupon.
So my total for $127 worth of product was $3.92!!!!!!!!
I was on such a high and couldn't believe the manager honestly gave me money for shopping there.

I went to Kmart today. My total was 60.51. After my double coupons I paid $5.51. I just about went dancing out of the store after the clerk gasped when my low total came up after coupons! I just love doing that.!!!
