I don't understand how the $10 restaurant.com giftcard works. So can we potentially purchase one for $4 and then wait for the code and use the $10 giftcard to buy more restaurant cards?

I believe the $4 will get you a $25 gift certificate, then you will get an additional gift certificate for $10. There are some gift certificates on there for $10, but only cost $3, so that is what you will be getting for free.

Can we see the list of restaurants BEFORE we buy the coupons?

Yes, you just go to the website and type in your zip code. If you see a restaurant that you want, but the gift certificates are currently sold out, no worries. They reset on the 1st of every month. I always buy a gift certificate to the site, and then wait until the 1st of the next month to use it. The restaurant I want always sells out quickly.

Nordstrom is changing the logo on their makeup , so they're selling everything
for one dollar on line. The make-up line E.L.F. (eyes-lips-face) has been bought
out by Nordstrom and will be re-packaged with the Nordstrom name on it. They are
getting rid of the entire make up in the ELF packaging. They are selling
everything for $1. You do have to pay shipping. They have everything powder ,
mascara , lipstick , a mineral line , brushes etc. The website is
http://www.eyeslipsface.com/shop.asp
When you check out there is a space for a coupon code. Use CAROLINA and save an
additional $7.50 if your order is over $15.00.

I tried to buy a certificate but there's no place for me to put in the promo code so I would have to pay $10 for $25 certificate?

Awesome, thanks!
I just bought mine, and all worked well. I got a little panicy at the end on how the $10 gift card works. They offer a $10 something if you take a survey and I was confused if that's what I was suppose to do. But after a few minutes the gift card came in my e-mail without me having to fill out a survey or anything else. Yay!
End result: $4 for a $25 gift card to a local restaurant and $10 gift card to restaurant.com.

To the previous commenter, the promo code box was up near the top, to the right.
