HIP-PLEASE don't forget about FREE joint juice. The regular price is a $1, and we got $1 off any Joint Juice in the paper a few weeks ago ;)

Heather said...

Yesterday Target had Kraft Barbecue sauce priced at $0.99, also I believe it's $0.97 at Walmart.

Use the $1.00/1 coupon on coupons.com to get this for FREE either place!

For the Swiffer $10 debit card, is it okay to turn in more than one receipt - to get to the total of $20 spent? I looked at the form and it says 'receipt,' so I was not sure.

Thank you.

Hip2Save said...

Danielle & Heather,
I will add those now! Thanks for reminding me!

Thanks so much for your weekly list... lol you got me addicted to coupons!

Kaitlyn said...

Hip2Save... I am new to Target shopping.
Is it OK if my combined coupons are more than the product?
You can do as many combined coupons per transaction as you want correct?
Do they give you one big gift card or one per product savings at the end?

One more other question while I am here... re-explain the BOGO coupons to me again I always get it confused.

If I have a BOGO and a money off I can use both?
Now what if it's on sale BOGO and I still have a BOGO and money offs??

Thank you so much! You're the best!

Kaitlyn said...

Crystal Light:

Can you combine the FREE coupon with the $2 off 2 and the both $1 off Target coupons??

Kaitlyn said...

So sorry one more... does Target work like WAGS? You need to have the same number of products as you do coupons? As in filler items?

Hip2Save said...

Kaitlyn,
Yes, you can get overage when you combine a Target and a manufacturer coupon. Make sure to hand the manufacturers coupons over first and then the Target coupons. That way you should be able to get the overage.

You can use 2 coupons on a bogo sale. You can use a bogo coupon and then a money off coupon for the one you're not getting free.

For the Crystal Light you can combine the BOGO FREE coupon with $1/1 coupon for the one you're not getting free and 2 $1 Target coupons. You can not use the $2/2 manufacturer coupon since one of those products will already have the BOGO coupon attatched to it. I hope that makes sense.

Now with all stores you can ONLY have one manufacturer coupon per item. However, Target coupons don't count as manufacturer coupons. So you won't need to count those towards your coupon to item ratio, like you do with Register Rewards.

Denise said...

On the Target's coupons, it says "limit one offer per transaction"... does that mean I can only use one coupon of that specific item per transaction?

As it seems some people are using two for two items?

Kimberly said...

There is also a $1/2 Target coupon for Nabisco Triscuit or Wheat Thins, 12-oz. or larger that can be combined with the MQ.

http://www.organicgrocerydeals.com/forums/view.php?pg=coupon_generator

Buy 2 Boxes Triscuits or Wheat Thins- $4.08
- 2 $1.00 Printable Coupons
- 1 $1/2 Target Coupon
=$0.54 per box!

Can anyone help me on this one? Am about to go to a meeting that just so happens to be right by a Target - thank you!

Christy said...

I just called the number on the Swiffer rebate form to make sure the items could be purchased on more than one receipt and was told they did have to be purchased together on one receipt.

Thanks for all you great info!

Christy said...

Just wanted to clarify the response I got from P&G above in case it's not clear- the Swiffer items cannot be purchased on separate transactions according to the rep I spoke to.

Anonymous said...

The Kraft Velveeta Shells & Cheese coupon is for $1 off of TWO, not one, so .50 final price isn't correct. The final price should be $1 each.

Anonymous said...

THANK YOU, Christy. So that deal would not work.

Also, you would have had to invest $17 OOP to get a $10 debit card (with a $5.00 target card left over).

But as it is, it will not work out cause you would have to buy all on one receipt.

Great investigative work!

Rach said...

FYI: the golden plump deal is inaccurate: the $1.50 Q is for the family size pack. The chicken breast on sale is not a family pack. Not a bad deal, though!

You could do the whole chicken which is $3.99, then pair that with the $1 golden plum coupon and the $1 target coupon to get a whole chicken for only $1.99! I made mine last night. So awesome to shred for things like enchiladas etc. :)

Shelly said...

There is also a bogo q for Joint Juice here:
http://www.jointjuice.com/joint_health_challenge.php
So, TWO free w/both q's!

fran said...

Hey Collin,
I just wanted to let you and your followers know that Target had large jars of Pace Salsa that would be free with the $4.00 coupon from contest. I think it was something like $3.19, whereas the smaller jar at the supermarket is $2.99, so for the same coupn you will be getting a lot more...it might be twice the size.

Frugal Friend said...

Last week, Goldn Plump Whole Chicken was $2.50 at our Target. So w/ $1.50 MQ and $1 Target Q that would be FREE. I only had the $1 off but it was still a great deal.

Also, please add to your Target deals list that for kraft dressing, there is a $1.50/1 in 5/10 SS. So buy 2 at $1.59 each, use $1.50 MQ plus $1/2 Target Q, makes 2 FREE plus $0.82 overage!

Michelle said...

Does anyone know if the swiffer deal would work with the home made simple coupon? I think it was for like $1 off. I have three of these. Just wondering...

Anonymous said...

The Chicken... the coupons are only for whole chicken and family packs (the ones from their website)

The target's sale is for 20 oz chicken...

Anonymous said...

I'm new to couponing. I went to the coupon section on Target.com but the coupons mentioned were not there. Do they only have so many? Maybe I'm too late! :(

Anonymous said...

For the Target couopns you have to follow the link from this site. They are not available from Target.com. Stupid, I know. Most of the time when I am at target the scanner will not scan the Target coupons either! HAHA.

Anonymous said...

Thanks! I went to thr Target website because when I tried to use the link nothing happened. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the target tips, I headed there this morning and got some steals!!

I'm so fed up with Target! I just went there to purchase the razors and they wouldn't give me a gift card when it clearly said it in the ad and on the sign next to the razors. Ugh! Stupid cashiers. I wish they were trained better!

Rach said...

Hey everyone: Just putting in my two cents since I used to work at Target (only 3 months because the hours were CRAZY) but if you have problems with anything, always as for the LOD (leader on duty) they are very well trained and should know what to do to help you. That is their job,and what they get paid to do.

Melissa Y. said...

I had my husband price check the Crystal Light Skin Essentials at Target and they are priced at $3.99. With the coupons you would have to pay $.49 out of pocket for each one. Has anyone seen these on sale for $2.99?

Anonymous said...

Thanks, Rach! I will most certainly ask the LOD next time. I just feel bad for the people behind me that have to wait.

Anonymous said...

Does anyone else have trouble printing from the target generator? organic.....I see only red x's - it won't show the coupon.
Help me please!

Heather said...

I just got back from Target and had the worst customer service EVER! They refused to take the Target coupons because the register beeped. I told them if there is an overage they are supposed to adjust the coupon amt down. The cashier said they aren't allowed to do that.I asked for a manager and when I brought up their coupon policy she rolled her eyes at me and said the coupon policy I had was wrong. WTF??
I called corporate to complain and they said they could only help me if I called from the register and let them talk to the cashier. Yeah, like that's gonna happen.
So basically, the store I went to will not accept Target coupons, only manufacturer. Guess I'll be shopping somewhere else.

Betty said...

My target will not allow me to stack a manufacter coupon with a target coupon! No Fair!

Anonymous said...

I have the same question Denise had. The Target coupons say, "one coupon per transaction." If I want to buy 2 of the same item, can I use 2 coupons? For instance, 2 Ritz Crackers...will they allow 2 Target coupons? Thanks so much. I'm new at this!

Betty said...

I'm in the West Valley of Phoeniz, AZ. Has anyone found a target around here that is good?

Anonymous said...

Does anyone know if the Ritz Target coupon works on Ritz Bits as well?

Betty said...

OMG! I just called Target to ask about the coupon policy and the guy said 1 coupon per item (cannot stack) I asked to talk to a manager and he hung up on me! I'm calling back!

Heather said...

Betty,
I am in Gilbert, AZ and this is where I am having the problem. Everything was fine with stacking the coupons 2 days ago but now they won't allow it. SO FRUSTRATING!

Brad and Kim said...

I got free chicken using this deal today. They have a package of Quarter chicken -family size for $2.50. So with your coupons -- ITS FREE.

Hip2Save said...

Sorry, guys! I have been gone most of the day and didn't realize all the mistakes I made in this post.

Anyway, I just corrected everything and ended up deleting the Swiffer deal since you have to do it all in one transaction to get the $10 rebate.

Alisa said...

Target issues: Email Target corp on Target.com. They get back to you quickly, and also contact the store you had an issue with. They also send you a copy of the coupon policy upon request. Unless they have changed the policy in the last month, according to corporate, you CAN use a MQ, and a TQ on one item. You can also use more than one per trans IF the manager will allow it, but corporate said they are SUPPOSED to let you purchase a normal family amount (4 Mac&Cheese would be normal, 20--probably not.) I went past the LOD the last time I had an issue, and it turned out I was right, and the cashier AND LOD were wrong. Don't back down. You are not doing anything wrong or illegal. Companies do coupons for a reason...THEY DO NOT LOSE MONEY. I wish everyone would realize this!! Good luck, and know your coupons BEFORE you go in and DO NOT back down if you know you are right. Good luck!

Does anyone know what the Kraft natural cheese shreds are costing at Target? Has anyone tried to stack the Target $1/2 coupon with the one from the Kraft website ($1/2)?

Breanne said...

I just wanted to let everyone know that I scored on the Target deals. I got 10 bottles of kraft dressing, 5 mini pringles cans, 5 sponges (2pack), and 8 boxes of 100 cal snack packs. All for $3.11! I actually got it for free bc I had a 5 target gc!

Jennifer said...

I did buy the Kraft Cheese. The mozzerella is $1.52 and the others $1.99. I got a great deal on those!

I had a horrible experience, was lied to by the cashier, and have had enough. I called corporate, gave them the reference number from my receipt (let's them know the cashier) and told him what has been going on. I am sick of being lured in by the Target coupons only to have them beep and not be accepted. DONE with Target!

Sheila said...

I just read EVERYONE'S comments b/c I have never felt so ashamed to be frugal...EVER!!! Target has some issues definitely. MY cashier out here in Cali would not even let me ring up more than one BOX of ANYTHING at a time. They would only take one MC even if I tried to buy two they wouldn't let me and told me only one coupon could be used. I explained to her their policy and accepted the TC thankfully BUT THEN she wouldn't let me do a second transaction even!! She was ready to go on break, her LOD was right over her shoulder telling her what to do (which was WRONG!) and when my husband came in with the cart behind me (as I was dumping ALL MY EXCESS food into his cart) I handed him the coupons and she roller her eyes at me!! She actually left after ringing me up and her LOD finished with my husband. AND SHE CHECKED and READ EVERY COUPON AGAIN while checking him out!! FREAK! This was my first time...I'm not giving up, but it made me feel so bad, like I didn't know what I was doing.--Thanks for letting me vent. I'll try again another day now that I'm feeling more confident.

Does anyone know if that $2 coupon in th 5/10 ss is regional?

Sarah said...

Oh no. Earlier today, I bought the swiffer deal with the 3 transactions. I just discovered the rebate won't work:( Can I still return them since I don't have two of the gift cards? How does that work?

Suzy said...

I did great at Target today. I have been shopping there a long time and I have never had any problems. I got 2 kraft BBQ sauces, 2 Kraft Mayos, 1 100 cal. nabisco snacks, 1 pkg. target sponges, 1 bliss bar, 1 small can of pringles, 2 Easy macs, 1 Velveta shells and cheese, and 1 box of ritz crackers all for $2.50. A few of my coupons beeped but the cashier took them no problem.

Hip2Save said...

The Target coupons do state one per transaction, so you may not be able to use more then one. This just depends on the cashier you get and if you feel comfortable using more then one. I've never had a problem, but some people have.

I've also talked with someone at corporate regarding this and they told me as long as I'm buying "Family Sized" amounts, then I can use multiple "like" Target coupons.

Kaitlyn said...

Had my first HORRIBLE experience at Target yesterday! Just like you all they wouldn't take a man. q or a target q... I did have a q' for basically everything but she wouldn't even just swipe it to see if they would go through instead I had to pull out each item first and some were over the price of the item so she REFUSED to even try to swipe it... WHAT DOES SHE HAVE TO LOSE??? So anything that was 99cents and the q' for for $1 she wouldn't even try to swipe! I tried to explain everything to them... you can use 2 per item and price adjust and all that... the manager lady was so rude too. So now I am feeling bad because I haven't been a couponer for that long so I just bought the items still and left. Then I went on my phone in my car and looked up the coupon policy again... called corporate and got some lady that said I could do all the above... went back in to guest relations to try to return and rebuy with coupons and crazy lady came back and this time was a b*tch. If she were nice I wouldn't have minded but she was the rudest person I have ever met! Then I nicely said I just spoke to corporate guest relations and they said I could do it... and then nicely asked if they could call them themselves and they REFUSED TOO. So I went back out to my car called again and got some guy that I couldn't understand and didn't know where BOSTON, MASS was... I had to spell it FIVE times and he still said Boston? with a question!! He was no help and was supposed to transfer me to a specialist but I lost him so I called back and got some really nice lady. She was so helpful... again WE ARE ALL CORRECT IN THE POLICY... she even CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE RUDE LADY!!! She read her the policy but the lady told her all these lies and unfortunately the lady on the phone couldn't do anymore to help me out... the rude one said she tried multiple ways yadda yadda yadda SHE DIDN'T EVEN SWIPE IT! So I went back in yet again and just returned all the stuff. I was so mad. It was like $20 worth of coupons. And even with the stuff I kept... since it was still a good buy I would have saved an additional $7 if she took the Target ones. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE THEIR OWN COUPONS! Dummies. Oh, and to make it worse... THEY GAVE ME A GIFT CARD for my return and would not credit my debit card! Forcing me to go back to that hell hole!

It's just so sad because I was all excited to go...

Kaitlyn said...

On a better note... I had a wonderful experience at Walgreens... got my entire order for 27cents! After coupons and RRs

Anonymous said...

I honestly don't think it's worth all the hassle at Target. Some you you get so lucky. I wish I could get those deals, but I do not want to go through all the hassle. It's not worth it to me to get angry at some ignorant cashier.

I don't think I got an $2 off coupon for A1 Sauce. Do certain coupons go to certain states? was it in this last sunday paper. Thanks for all you do! You Rock

I kicked booty at Target this morning and will be posting my savings later. It's a bummer that I live in beautiful Naples, FL...where our prices are a little bit higher - but there were still some excellent dealt to be had. THANK A MILLION!

Anonymous said...

I just got back from Target and the cashier gave me a hard time because the Target coupons that I printed off would not scan from. My other coupons I had printed from internet scanned through fine so it is not my printer. I think it is because the target coupons print smaller. Is there a way to make them print larger?? If anyone knows any trick to it I would appreciate it. Other than that my Target accepted both a mfg cpn and target cpn for same item. Thanks for any and all help.

I haven't been able to find Joint Juice anywhere...not at Walmart, Super Target, or HEB (in Texas). Is this a new product? Has anyone else found it? I've even asked the pharmacists and all of them either haven't heard of it or don't carry it. Just checking...
BTW - Our BBQ sauce here was $.94 so it's a 6 cent moneymaker per bottle! BBQ Chicken anyone?!

Jennifer said...

I have to say after telling you about my experience yesterday I went to another target about 30 miles away. I had NO problems with my coupons. She didn't check every item in my bag to see if they matched first. She just swiped them! I had a pleasant expeience and it is worth the drive to Temple, TX to avoid the Harker Heights coupon nazis!

They had plenty of clothes on clearance like coats for our move to Germany! I must say I will be making the trip or going to Walmart. No more HH Target for me!

I posted about my deals here:
http://giantofpadeals.blogspot.com/2009/05/target-may-12-2009.html

The prices were a bit higher in my area. I didn't purchase the dressing and a few other items, because they are cheaper at my local grocery store even without the Target coupons. The Kraft dressing was $2.29 at my Target!

Thank you for supplying all of the great deals here!

Tonight I was able to buy 6-2L of Sierra Mist(3 regular and 3 ruby), 1 Quaker True Delights Granola bars, and a small can of pringles for $4.68(60 cents of it being deposit).
