do you know the prices or deals on any other product for the natures bounty? I just don't know who takes a papaya extract....

Hip2Save: thanks so much for these. One quick question does anyone ever have any luck using two coupons on top of a B1G1 deal? I feel like Wags is sooooo picky already. I have never been able to use two MQs on top of a B1G1 sale

I always use 2 coupons for BOGO's at Walgreen's Ihave had problems at other stores like Kroger

I used two hawaiian tropic $2 coupons with the bogo offer this week -- no problems. This was in Southern Indiana.

There is a $1 off Aquafresh on the manufacturer's website, making it free!

The KERASAL coupon is giving unlimited printings also I went to their site and you could print another 4 coupons of 1.00 also they have an ad for free samples along with coupons sent to your home..great deal

NOte that the Kerasal sock offer requires 2 UPC codes.

The KERASAL mail in requires 2 proofs of purchase, not 2 upc's. One receipt with purchase circled and one upc code.

Doesn't the Old Navy website reset tonight at midnight?

Stephanie said...

The success of using 2 coupons for a BOGO sale really seems to depend upon how the items ring up. Sometimes the first item rings up full price and 2nd rings up $0.00 In this case, it seems the second coupon is denied. However, more often, the sale runs with the first item ringing up maybe 2/3 of the full-price and the 2nd costing the other 1/3 (or 1/2 and 1/2). In this case there is usually no problem with the 2 coupons. In my experience... =)

I have always used 2 coupons for BOGO but I recently got the coupon policy from Walgreens and they said NO to using 2 coupons with BOGO so I guess it's worth a shot but you might get a no.

OMG! Old Navy's site is resetting! I think they are putting the new coupons up at midnight! Hopefully Hip2save will do a post about it. If not, feel free to head over to my site and we can figure out where to find coupons together! I really hope Hip2Save will do one, though!

Shopping Frugal- I tried to get on you blog but it wouldn't let me :(

Lowry517 said...

to ShoppingFrugal and others...I have called Walgreens Corporate many times. They have assured me every single time that my store should always accept 2 Man. Qs on a BOGOF sale. She said that corporate recently had training in regard to coupons.

I had to check into this b/c my store was all of a sudden telling me otherwise. It was quickly fixed & I have no more problems.

The funny story is that the manager actually posted a note on the bulletin board in the employee's breakroom stating, "Take all coupons from Mrs. xxxxx!" Isn't that funny! There are rogue employees that seem to always give me the scoop. I thought about trying a K-Y coupon on jello or some odd item and then telling them that they have to take my coupon per their store manager. Of course, I would just be doing that as a joke and would never try to actually pass something like that off.

This whole deal depends on who's ringing you up. I bought 9 boxes of Kleenex at .62 and had .50Q off 3. First he said this expires tomorrow, yea, sooo? Then he said when I tried to use my $1 rr's from the mars that you have to have the same amount of items as coupons and NOW BRACE YOURSELF: THAT THE .50 CENT ON 3Q IS REALLY 3 COUPONS???? YOU HAVE TO LOL...

Jackie said...

I had 3 .50 Q's for the 9 items. Sorry it to messages but you can't make this stuff up and it's hard to explain.

Sigh...I really miss the Easy Saver Catalog and Rebates. Hip2Save you always find the best deals possible! But these RR deals just aren't making it as good as back in the rebate days. Has anyone heard if they will be adding rebates back in the future? I did see some in their flyer, but only on large items, like fans and chairs.

Just back from Walgreens. Found 2 great deals:
(2) Crystal Light Skin Essentials $1.99 each
(2) Crystal Light Drink Mix .94¢

Used (2) FREE skin Essentials coupons and a -$2/2 coupon
Makes all 4 FREE

The Walgreens Training Pants/Diapers are $5.99, Got a $2.00 coupon at the beauty counter. Makes them $3.99.

The beauty counter had a gift bag again with samples and $50 in Walgreens coupons. Just ask!

My Smith's store had Kool Aid and Country Time for $.99 each. Pair this with the $1/2 for Kool Aid and $1.50/2 Country Time to get these for $.25 or $.50 each. Not bad.

The Revlon hair dryers are ringing up at $12.99, so they end up being $2.99 after the RR. Yippee!

Good heavens! It's a miracle -- I finally found the Bayer Contour meter. After looking for a month.

This is weird though -- Walgreens (in their circular) advertised an in-box rebate in the meter, but upon inspection, that rebate expired 1-31-09. I called Walgreens and I should get an answer from them within a few days about whether the rebate offer is still valid. I'll let y'all know!

I got 20 asprin this morning for free, walked out the store with $40worth of RR's and went to my grocery store down the road and got $40 worth of groceries for free because they take them for being a "manuf" coupon. All I can say is "sweet"

hi hip,

i was trying to get the $2 coupon for the natures bounty vitamins but when i printed it only the $1 coupon printed. i tried internet explorer and firefox but both of them only printed the $1 coupon not the $2 that was supposed to print.
i was sure hoping to get the $2 coupon because i need vitamins.
thanks for all your help

Check out Dentek piks at WalMart, too. They usually have the small packs for .99 so with the coupon, they're free.

FYI - there's a $2.00 coupon in each box of Ecotrin this week at Walgreen's! I've gone twice so far, but I will continue to to spend .14 (tax) for a bottle of Ecotrin and get back 2 RR! Can't beat that!! :)

Anonymous said...

Does the coupon in the box work, have you tried it? It says 60ct or larger.

Amber said...

Does anyone know if the dove travel deods and soaps work with the RR deal this month? I have heard reports that they might, but was wondering if anyone has tried it?

MamaMataUSMC said...

So had some problems today at Wags, the kerosol said you have to buy 2 @ $7.99 to get the $5 RR. Did anyone lese have that problem? Also they told me that corp sent out an email saying they will not allow a RR to print with the Bayer Meter if you use the $10.00 Manu Q, I still tried it & no RR printed :-( Is anyone else having sucess with that deal still?

Anonymous said...

I didn't see the Kerasal advertised in the weekly ad. Is this available at all Walgreens? Love your site - saving lots of money in Oregon:)

I used $1.00 coupon to buy Chinette plates, on sale for 2/$3.00. My new bonus is my daughter who works at Walgreens so I now get a 15% discount. My plates cost .27!

Anonymous said...

Hi everyone,

Can anyone read my situation below and please tell me why the Walgreens computer wouldn’t allow me to use all my coupons?

I purchased the following:

1 single Dove bar soap (used $1.00, this worked)

2 packages of Chinet plates 2/$3 (used 2/$1 coupons, these both worked)

3 containers of Crystal Light Drink Mix (used 1/$1 coupon and 1/$2 coupon)

1 package of candy (filler item to have enough items/coupons)

I also had $1.50RR and a $3RR (the cashier scanned my $1.50RR but when he went to scan in the $3RR it wouldn’t scan).

That’s 7 items and 7 coupons???

Am I missing something? The cashier had the manager come over, he was very nice, but couldn’t get the other RR to scan and said that it might be…”something about the before tax” or something (I didn’t understand). I am so frustrated…I then had to pay OOP for the candy because my daughter had already opened it before we left the store (my new rule is that nothing gets opened until we have checked out and out the door).

SO…can anyone guess what happened wrong with this transaction?

Thanks so much!
Ginger

MamaMataUSMC said...

Ginger what was your subtotal (before taxes)?

Anonymous said...

Hi Ana,

Thanks for responding. I think the subtotal was $5.something. I thought it would've taken the $3RR and then I would've owed $2 something? I'm going to go back tonight, to a different Walgreens and see what happens.

What do you think?

Anonymous said...

I also saw the tag for Kerasol say that to get the $5 RR you had to purchase 2. That is a tiny bottle of stuff.

I feel bad that I gave 2 friends coupons & told them about the deal and now I need to add more info. to it, so they don't get embarassed at checkout.

Is the $7.99 good all month long? I didn't see it in the store flyer or the sale price marked on their shelf. The RR (red tag) was listed there...and that is where it says, purchase 2 to get the $5 RR. priscillawallace at sbcglobal dotnet
