I am trying to place an order, but it keeps telling me I have an invalid zip code. I tried our address, my parents, and my in-laws and it says they are all wrong. I'm not sure why its not working. :( Seemed like a fun deal. Maybe next time!

Tried a NY, CO and PA zipcode all with the no luck, I noticed it's only on the shipping address? Could this be another IE problem, or I am curious what customer service had to say. Wow, two good skincare deals, thanks Hip2Save!

Try again. It finally worked for me. They must have fixed the issue. I was able to get the 20% off. I purchased a mini body butter in Guava for $6.80 shipped. I hope I get the deluxe samples and bag.

It works now! I just got the gum. In my haste, though, I completely forgot about the 20% code so I'm kicking myself now for not saving another 50 cents. Oh well, it's still worth it to pay $2.50 and get that great sample package.

I placed order on Sunday. But looked on this site today and now it states that the deluxe sampler is with any $25 purchase???? I'm interested to see if we actually get the deluxe sampler, even if we only purchased the gum?

well, I emailed them back and told them this is poor CS on their end. THey shouldn't make the consumer suffer for a mistake THEY made. And I believe they should honor all orders that were placed before their system was fixed.

It really is too bad they rescinded their offer. It isn't like they didn't know they had items for $2.50 when they said "with any purchase". They better refund my $2 ASAP if they are cancelling my order!!

Yes, I received the same e-mail. I feel as though they did not make a mistake. They just did not realize we would order a cheaper item to get a free product. Well, we did. So what. Now they change the rules??? What horrible business tactics!

I am in the same situation and very angry and concerned! Legally, I thought a company must honor their ads?? Customers who ordered prior to the min. purchased being changed to $25.00 should be honored. Korres is acting unethical and fraudulent, not to mention discrimination, in that, they DID fulfill some orders with purchases under $25.oo and cancelled others made prior to their "mistake" emai sent on July 21, 2009.

I highly suggest we ALL email Korres about the fraud and discrimination, bad PR etc. and notify the Better Business Bureau about them. Power in numbers! Maybe they will honor it after reading our emails-otherwise they will be loosing countless customers for life!
