Is anyone else having trouble with their code. I am in the checkout screen trying to enter my number in and it keeps adding dashes, and the more I delete the dashes, the more they add! Just wondering if anyone found a trick when the site goes wacky on them! Thanks
If you can't get it to work, Just call customer service. I couldn't get mine to work either and I called and they were very nice and helpful. You can only use either the gift card or the promo code and not both. AND it will apply to shipping costs, so keep that in mind.To Order or for Customer Service

I can't use the gift card to pay for shipping. My item is only $13 but requires $6.95 shipping charge to complete my order. Booo!
Make sure you put the code in as a Gift Card number, NOT Promo code.
I orderd the M2 HP Skin Refinish. I've wanted to try it forever, but the 44.50 price was too high for me. This promo was perfect-20 bucks off. Interesting, as I just got it to work at Skinbotanica. I got a hand repair cream for $13 plus $6.95 shipping which used the entire $20, so I didn't have to enter a credit card at all. It took a LONG time to get through (much refreshing of the site) but I got a confirmation of my order for no cost.

the giftcard can be applied to shipping i just cleared the text box that said 'amount of gift card being used' and changed it to the total and my grand total was $0
Weird. My order just went through on Apothica. It was a bit slow, but I had no problems using the GC to cover an Essie polish and shipping cost. Just make sure you enter it as a gift card on the final checkout screen NOT as a promo code under the view my cart section.
Well even though it said they changed the promo it still sent me a GC number and I was able to use it on the Lip moisturizer and it even covered the shipping! Awesome deal thanks so much HiptoSave!

I got my GC# early this evening and couldn't get my order to go through but just now I tried it. It worked great! I got the Mustela 2in1 baby body wash for $12 with $6.95 shipping =$18.95. The gift card covered it including the shipping. It was much faster now. You might want to try again if you have a number and haven't been able to use it.
I spoke too soon my order wasn't processed all the way I waited & waited. Finally pressed refresh and it won't include my shipping now....annoying. What's going on?
Ok so I tried just adding any item to get my total over $49 for the free shipping, once it applied the free shipping I when thru the checkout and removed the item I was using to push my total over and it worked to get the GC to apply towards shipping. Order processed thru to success! Hope that works to help anyone else having the same problem.

At the top of your order form, it reads $20.00 (that's how much your gift card is) and next to that how much is being used from the $20.00...highlight that figure and change it to your total, up to $20.00. I changed mine to $19.95 and my balance became $.00. After I did my order, I noticed others have given the same advise.

I finally got it to work for me. I changed the dollar amount on the right side to $20.00. I ended up having to pay $2.95 and it said that amount was too low to charge to a credit card, so I had to use paypal. Finally went through.

I think it can still be used for shipping-- just change the amount to be used field to cover it. It worked for me and I didn't have to put in my cc info. My six month old is going to get to learn about bubbles in his tub!

Yay! just ordered my 2 bars of soap. My total was$18.85 and the gift card covered it all! Didn't have to put in a credit card info. I ordered 2 bars of natural/organic soaps in Sage and in Rosemary. Can't wait. The one bar is on backorder but oh well it's still not bad for free, I'm willing to wait.
