I have no idea how you are getting these offers. I received correspondence from the company saying they were sorry I was unable to sign up for these samples, but they were out of them and they would send me a coupon instead. And to check back in October...of course.

hmmm.. I guess it varies because I just went and was able to request the sample + I was offered other free coupons too!
I received this mailer last month. It's a one fold card with little packets of H&S. It has coupons in it for tide stain release and others. The tide coupon is $1.50 so I got my Tide at K-Mart for free with $1.00 overage!!

If you already requested a sample from P&G this month then you cannot request another one til october... i just received my september sample and it was playtex sport with the coupons for downy tide and something else.. cant remember... either way dont go blaming HIP if you cant request this sample... P&G only allows one sample request per household per month... go back to their site tomorrow and you should be able to request it! =)
Yeah, you can only request one free sample a month from P&G - it doesn't matter from what site the link come froms, if it says it is a P&G offer, one sample/coupon per person per month.
I guess they do it to keep costs down with all the other offers they do, like RR deals etc...

Or - find sites that offer their own coupons - like olay posting olay coupons.
Yeah, I wasn't able to request it either. I realized that once you make a request(no matter what it was for), you can't go back and request other offers from them. So, once a month, request EVERYTHING they offer you.
