How do I know if my kmart does doubles? Is it only a certain day of the week they do double coupons too? Heck I don't even know if we have a Kamrt! lol just moved here!

I went today and my Kmart has always participated so I assumed they would this time as well, however the ad said nothing. My Kmart has always been very strict on the 10 coupon limit etc.... so I was unsure of what to expect. I filled my cart with a bunch of stuff and the went to check out. I tested for doubles with one coupon first. YES!!!! we are doubling (the cashier didn't even know) and it just got better as there was no limit!!!! (BIG SMILE) My total was in the $70's before coupons and I walked out of there for $.73. (that was including the tax as the $5 off of $50 took off some tax as I did not get extra stuff as I doubted I would be able to use all the coupons and use the coupon. I will be heading back for sure tomorrow. :) Thanks for all the heads up on the sales!
I took a trip to the big KMART in San Lorenzo, CA and they are doing double coupons, but limiting them to 10 and not doing BOGO or B1G1's. I got a great deal on the Pedigree Oral Care Dog Treats (which my dog loves) $3.79 and used the $1 off so only $1.79 after coupon! I've seen these as high as $4.29 in my area. Also they had a ton of Martha Stewart items on clearance with additional % off. I managed to get a nice throw for $4 and some pillows for $5.

I went to my K-Mart last night. Very disappointed. Harldy anything was on sale. I bought a couple of things and that was it.
Not sure if this is on the website but I got a Carpet Fresh Carpet & Room Odor Eliminator Quick Dry Foam for free at Kmart. It cost 2.49 and I used a 1.50 off coupon available at the carpet fresh site for free plus overage.
I called my Kmart to see if they participate in the doubles. They said that it's only Super K-Marts. Has anyone else found this to be true?

I am so jealous! I have never done this double coupon thing and would love to. My Kmart close to me closed some time ago, and the nearest one is about 45 minutes. Unfortunately though, when I contacted Kmart.com, they said NO Washington state stores were participating.
How often do they do this so I can find out next time if my store is? I hope sooooooon!
I bet lots of toys are going on clearance on Sunday, because the doubles 'special' goes through 10/3 (Saturday).
im getting sick of these because we do not have a kamart anywhere near us that will do this.. there are about 5 near us that we possibly would go to if they did it but all say NO.
Can someone explain how the buy 1/get 1 free coupons work for this sale. I went yesterday and saved over $60 with coupons but was leery to use any b1/g1 q's.
bogo's work if the amount taken off is less than 2.00....example...earlier this week i used bogo ziploc coupons. the ziploc were 2.00 each so the register took off 2.00 then 2.00 again. hth

One more good one - Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce ($3.29) FREE after $2.00 coupon doubled. The coupon was in this Sunday's inserts - not sure if it was Red Plum or Smart Source.
The dentyne gum BOGO coupon (sorry, you'll have to google the link) is also really great - there are double packs (2 glued together) at Kmart on a free-standing display by the paper goods; the double pack rings up as one item, so you actually get 4 packs free with each coupon!
I emailed Kmart customer service (email found on their website) to see if any store's in my area were participating. FYI, no stores in the Colorado area are participating. But they got back to me pretty quickly. So if any of you need to know if your store is participating, I think it's worth sending them a quick email!
I've made it to our K-Mart twice so far this week and found some amazing deals. Unfortunately, they won't let you use a coupon with a B1G1Free coupon so didn't get as many freebies as I had hope to. The Oreo Cakesters have been the best buy being able to take the $1 coupons and get them for only .50 - I think I bought seven boxes - great for Girl Scout snack nights!
The V8 fusion is actually 3.99, its the other V8 thats 2.79 at my store. The coupon still worked on it though it wasnt the fusion, HTH :)
My KMART in East Brunswick, NJ didn't do double coupon. They accepted all my coupons, but they didn't doubled, so not that much gr8 deal for me.
