Yes yes !! I love panda express and we actually have that place here. Many of the places that offer freebies we dont have like chick-fil-a, carvel, and a few other ones you posted. Heck I cant even get double coupons at kmart.

My store was only honoring the coupon if you bought a two item combo you could the free item and make it a three item combo. Annoying!
I got my chicken! I was a little surprised it didn't come with rice, but that's ok. i bought some veggie eggrolls. I would feel bad if I didn't buy something.
My store was the same way--had to buy a 3-choice entree. So I had to pay $6.98. Boo! :-( It was busy and I didn't want to cause a scene, so I called customer service later. We'll see what happens...the coupon does NOT state any purchase required.
