Does the amount "spent" count your pre coupon or post coupon total?

Also, do I have to enter the receipts twice - once for Gift of Savings, and once for the SCRs?

They won't let me enter my receipt. I entered it for the $15 Johnson rebate and I cannot enter it into the gift of savings. What do I do??

Send customer service an email. I had that happen to me one time and I emailed them the problem and they fixed it for me with no problems. Hope this helps!

I entered my receipt in the Gift of Savings first and it showed up in the SCR's also.

I've done Rite Aid rebates but not the Gift of Savings before. I entered my receipts on the rebate site, but when I tried to enter it on the GOS site, it said the receipt is already entered.

Is it just because it's still awaiting approval (I just entered it)? Or do I need to contact customer service?

My understanding, from talking with customer service, is that if you are already signed up for SCR's and you enter in your receipt it keeps a track on all rebates available. It will add it to the SCR's and to the Gift of Savings.

I believe all the totals are pre coupon.

I entered in a receipt on Tuesday, for the SCR and it automatically entered into the the Gift of Savings too. I checked the total on the Gift of Savings tab and it showed my total before coupons. So, it is definitely pre-coupon. Yeah!!!!
