It looks like you get $10 on a FUTURE purchase:
"For each eligible subscription you purchase before October 31, you'll receive a $10 promotional certificate for use on a future Amazon.com purchase."
The $10 discount is for to use for your NEXT shopping. So it isn't really $24. I thought the discount was taken off the price. I may not want to buy anything else at Amazon. I think may want to be a little clearer in the message.

It can be a new subscription OR a renewal! Anyone who is interested can process it online at.... wsifundraising.com Then click on "shop online", the school code is "117058", the students name enter "P. Page 6th grade", then click on "shop" & the top right hand side box has a place where you can type in "All You" to locate the magazine quicker. Thee are hundreds of magazines to choose from but I love that ALL YOU has coupons in it that match up with all the sales on the blog. Normally I would not mention this but the All YOU ends up being cheaper than Amazon & it benefits schools with 40% of the sale. This really helps the schools that have been hit hard here in California! =)
