I got an error message the first couple times but the third time it worked, so keep trying!
Finally got mine...error message the first time and then filled it out again with the box checked this time to receive updates and it worked fine.
After hitting refresh a dozen or so times, I got the sample page, filled it out & hit send. Then I got a NEW eror page & I've hit refresh a dozen more times. I have no idea if it got submitted or not. Not a life or death thing, so I won't stress too much over it. I bet they are overwhelmed though, as Oregon Chai is yummy!

I emailed them to let them know that not only did I sign up for a free samples but I would also love some coupons. The responded quickly and said that they would love to send my some $1 off coupons. Better than nothing, I am addicted to this stuff;)
