my duncan hines coupon was for
$1 off 3, thats even a better deal, 14 cents a box! thanks Collin!
The Archer Farms bread coupon will not work for the 99-cent mini loaves, because it specifies $1 off an item $1 or more. They seem to be onto us! ;)
Softsoap Ensembles coupon campaign is over
Softsoap Ensembles coupon campaign is over
Also, Softsoap had me register and then told me it was done. :(
In the bakery section of target they have giant muffins, mini loaves, scones and fritters priced at 1.29 - use the bakery coupon for these and pay only .29c for a really big, really yummy treat!
Yes, I was bummed about the bread coupon. Not free, but still ok deal.
wasthe dunkin hines a regional coupon ?
The Softsoap coupon worked for me. That Duncan Hines is a great deal! I have two coupons for 1$ off 3. That is some cheap cake mix!
My super target has the $.99 7-count brownie and cookie bites and the $1 off any AF bakery item works with NO beeping...it just takes off $.99 instead of $1!
Actually, my AF bread coupon worked on the little $.99 loaves. No beep at all! What is it they say? YMMV?
I bought the .99 bread, scones, and some brownies with no beeps...all for free with the 1.00 q.
One of my local WAGS had $2 Q for either the Soft Soap Ensemble pump or refill on a tearpad earlier in the month. Currenly WAGS has the pump on sale for $5.99 and the refill for $3.99. Purchase both and receive a $4 RR.
Rite Aid has the pump for $6.99-$7.99 and get the refill free, $3.99 value. It pays to shop around. Yesterday I went to the Rite Aid near my job and the pump was only $6.99. The RA store near my house sells it for $7.99.
Did the following transaction at Rite Aid yesterday:
Purchased
2 pumps: $6.99(2) - 2($2 Q)
2 refills: $0.00 - 2($2Q)
Deodorant: $1.99 (too lazy to dig for the dove coupon and my daughter DEFINITELY needed it)
Box of honeybuns: $.50
Used $3 off $15 RA Q
Before coupons total: $17.50
After total coupons $6.35
I always try to use the coupons according to how they are spelled out, and if it says purchase of $1 or more on it, that's how I'll use it. I'm sure I'll still be able to find some good deals while using how they intended.
I am extremely new to this coupon buying so can someone explain to me what this means "Use the $0.55/2coupon from the 10/11SS" I really just want to know what the 10/11SS meant. Any help is appreciated. I may have more questions as I continue to coupon shop.
Hi there Anon! If nobody has answered yet..the SS is Smart Source. A coupon insert in your Sunday paper..and the date she gives is the Sunday date the coupon was in the newspaper. Hope that helps!
oh ya! I must add, on hip2save's home page is a "Coupon Jargon" click on that and you will see all the meanings to all our short talk lol. Have fun couponing! I'm new too and LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!
my darn target doesnt carry duncan hines. must only be at super target! grrrr
No Duncan Hines at my Target, only Betty Crocker & Pilsbury.
My Target today had the Archer Farms full size loafs of pound cake and Gingerbread which is normally 2.99 on sale for .99. They let me use the $1 off coupons. I even asked for approval and they said it was fine. Anon, it IS a Target coupon so they can choose if they want to accept on items under $1.
Thanks Anon for the explanation.. Grateful for it and thanks also to the other Anon for the tip on the web. Will look it up and I am extremely excited to coupon shop more often and save money.
I notined on the Duncan Hines cake deal and many other it suggests using more than one of the same target coupons at a time. However, I've tried this a couple of times and the cashiers point out the one coupon per transaction and make me ring up the two coupons separately. Any suggestions?
At my Target this week, Airwick i-motion starter kits were marked down from $7.99 to $4.99. With my $4/1 coupon, I scored one for 99 cents!
At my Target, the cake mixes were $1.19 to begin with so not as good a deal. I have used the bakery coupons on items for 99 cents the past two nights and they have worked perfectly - no beeping. The Airwick's were $5.99 so with a $4/1 coupon they were $1.99 for a full size refill and new pump. I did the Glade candle three times this week. Good deal. I have noticed to go with young cashiers. No offense, but at my Target, the older ones are rude and won't put some coupons through. Young people know how it is to struggle with money.
East Bay Area, N.CA - no Duncan Hines at both Targets nearest me. They only carry Betty Crocker and it's very limited.
