What store sells Macall? I have not been able to find it in my area (New Orleans), but I get the coupon in the paper.

Hip, Would you consider posting how many newspapers you buy? I saw this on another blog and thought it was helpful for us newbies. Of all the sites I discover I keep coming back to you! I just love how you post things so they are easy to read and find. Have fun making your video tomorrow I look forward to it on Monday!

Andrea - I think she said she gets 3 or 4. I can't remember, IBut I swear it was in her follow me monday video on her coupon binder.

My family gets 4 - when you do more than 4 it gets kind of rough trying to find them, sort them, and cut them and makes your inder fuller.

Here is a tip:
Use ebay to buy the coupons you want to stock up on. That is what I do. For example. I boought 40 johnsons baby Q's for the $1.00 off one that expires in 12/31. If I wanted to I can use them all and get 40 free johnson buddy bars. I only paid about $3.00 including shipping for them.

You can also get some of the money back by using ebates.com when you go to ebay - you get 2% cash back on each ebay purchase.

I get cash back through ebay and also ebates. So, I earn 4% cashback on all my ebay purchases. But, ebay has to pick you and approve you for their cashback program.

hope this helps.

I am curious about the Marcall coupons also. I have a stack of free paper towel coupons. I did find this brand at my local grocery store (hy-vee), but they only carry larger packages and the coupon is for the single roll. Has anyone found this brand anywhere??

Same here with the Marcall, I found a large pack of toilet paper at my local Kroger but I haven't even seen this brand elsewhere. I WANT MY FREE PAPER TOWELS!! LOL

I checked Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens & CVS but no Marcall :(

http://www.marcalpaper.com/findstore.html - No one is selling paper towels in my area....

I live in the central area of NJ and the Marcal paper products are sold in almost all of our grocery stores here. I think their paper plant is located somewhere in northern NJ so maybe the products are mostly in this area. How ironic, some of you have the coupons and no product, I have the product and no coupons!

FYI, The free coupon is also for a single roll of toilet paper or a single pack of tissues- not just the paper towels. I found a bunch of these in my magazine subscriptions and have been stocking up on tissues. :)

For anyone who gets their coupons in an early edition on Saturdays -- in our area they do an early brid paper for $1 versus the $2 for a Sunday paper -- I've seen a Unilever coupon insert mentioned in a couple of e-mails from Unilever. In our papers, the early birds DON'T get these special inserts, so you might want to check Sunday's papers, too, just in case it is separate. I didn't bother getting the paper today, because I want the full shot tomorrow.

Also, for Andrea -- after doing this for over a year now, I always look at the upcoming coupon lists that Collin posts links to. If there are a lot of coupons that I know I'm going to use, I'll buy 3 - 5 papers. If there are only a couple ('cause sometimes the inserts aren't that relevant) I'll get 1 - 2, and then order from a coupon clipping service or Ebay if I need multiple copies. It costs less than getting a bunch of newspapers for mediocre coupons. HTH!

In my area...Redner's, Pathmark, and Acme carry Marcall.

Collin said she orders 80 inserts that are delivered to her house.

Mom Who Cares said...

orders 80 inserts? wow, how can you order them and how does that work cutting them?

Mom Who Cares said...

That got me curious so I watched her follow me monday video on her binder part 2 and

she said she went and bought 6 newspapers and took out the inserts - so she had 6 inserts for each page. So, when she cut her coupons - she always had 6 of each coupon.

And, we cut our coupons the same way she does, it makes it easier to sort them out first, then cut the coupons in a stack :)

HTH --
