the toddler wipes at my target are 1.27 for the refill package. also the coupon says "baby wipes or baby diapers" so i didn't think the toddler wipes would work

Anonymous said...

Thanks for all you do! I printed these coupons and they say SUPERTARGET does anyone know if they can be used at a regular Target? I don't have a Super Target near me.

stephanie in pdx said...

yes the supertarget coupons will work.

karen said...

Sure, they can be used at regular Target. No problem!

Anonymous said...

I dont see the Pictureka game in the kmart ad?

Anonymous said...

never mind...i found it! YIPPIE....off to Target.

Anonymous said...

Do you know if you can print the weekly ads off line or do you need to have the actual store (Kmart) flyer to do the price match?
Thanks

Evan and Amber said...

My store requires the actually ad. It needs to be the full ad as well so they can check to make sure it is the current week's ad. good luck

YIPPY !! i just cleaned out the shelf of the toddler wipes... Didnt even have to pay tax. The cashier said "wow"... happy dance...

Amy in P-Town said...

Anon 5:50, is it really nessicary to clear out the shelfs? What about the rest of us? Just because it is a good deal doesn't mean you have to take EVERYTHING.

Anonymous said...

Amy in P-Town, you sound bitter. So whats wrong if Anon got a good deal, she got there first and hit the jackpot.

Anonymous said...

Amy in P town. I would feel bad but i have two little ones that need wipes, and yes very necesarry, but thanks for asking. Anon @ 6:01.. Thank You.

Frugal Friend said...

I get upset when I want to buy something and the shelf is wiped out too. But I've done it myself for very good cause (to give away to others who don't coupon). So now I try to just be happy for that person and not think it's one person who wiped it out. (Cuz sometimes it's the store who pulls out the product- like 75% off dollar spot was pulled out early to make room for Christmas stuff at my target. And I really wanted to stock up and buy more stuff)

So I hope everybody stays friendly and non-condemning here! After all if it weren't for Collin's blog, we would all have a harder time saving money!

Denise said...

I agree with Amy - she doesn't sound bitter at all. I have 2 little ones too and I could use some wipes too. Does that mean I should take all of them and "hit the jackpot" and forget the rest of you all out there that have little ones and need wipes? That is a terrible mentality. I like to "share the wealth". The store will restock. So hold onto some coupons and get some more in a week. Is that too much to ask?

Anonymous said...

I can't find the Barilla Plus coupon on her link to coupons.com. Any ideas? Help!

Anonymous said...

Does anyone know how long the price cut is for on the wipes?

amanda said...

Store policy states you have to have the actual FULL ad to do the price match

Amy in P-Town said...

Thanks Denise! I am not saying that people should stock up but if there is 30 on the shelf, maybe, just maybe, you should only take say 15 and share the wealth. Thats all I am saying. And I am not condeming any one. If you choose to be shelf cleaner that is your choice. I wasn't condeming anyone.

yay scored 12 w no beeps!!!!!!!!

Well, thanks for the info Collin! Your hard work is always appreciated!

ok so if I go to target to buy these games. What's the plan. Do I take the ad straight to the guest services with the games I want to purchase and do the entire transaction there? has anyone had crabby response from clerks on these?

Use the Archer Farms Target cheese coupon along with the printable for $1.50 off (if your state qualified) for some cheap cheese!!

Anonymous said...

The coupon doesn't say toddler wipes it says baby wipes are you able to use it for either wipes

Anonymous said...

There are three different kinds of baby wipes...unscented, scented, and sensitive...and probably 30 or so of each kind at our super super tiny Target...so I'm sure if you head there tomorrow, you'll have no trouble getting what you need. I got 10 with no beeps all in one transaction. Sweet!

Anonymous said...

Ok...so I went to Target and picked up some free Scones (1.00 off any Archer Farms bakery) and some free Toddler Wipes...for some odd reason instead of feeling a high like I had scored a good deal I felt weird....Like I had just stolen something???? So hmmmm...my husband said, Did it beep? And it didn't....then he felt like it was not unknown to Target as a corporation that these q's would match up for some free stuff. Anyways, just kind of wanted some feedback...

I did it! it worked great ,I even had my older son do it too ,so I got 2 of them. the refills are .97 cents and the coupon I printed from the kiosk at target was 1.00 off.

thanks for the heads up!

Wanted to add that Toy's r Us has the Ben 10 alien challenge in their biggest toy book for 19.99. I purchased yesterday at Target with price match and coupon, and got it for 14.99.

Just wanted to let anyone interested know that the Ben 10 alien creation is on sale in Toy's R US biggest book for 19.99. I used price match and 5.00 coupon and got it for 14.99 yesterday.

I have a question if the coupon says 1 per transaction,(like the wipes coupon) do they still allow you to buy more?

Ms.Dee said...

Is it 1 target q per 1 pk of wipes? Thanks!!

Erin said...

Anon 9:01: I know exactly how you feel! I don't really get that "couponer's high" when I only pick up the freebies with Target coupons. If I wait til I actually have an order, I don't feel like a parasite, and it's great. The problem is, if you wait until you actually have to pick up a few things, the freebie items are already gone because everyone else ran out with fistfuls of coupons. I have to admit, I kinda preferred it when the cashiers were coupon Nazis. I never had a problem, but that may be because I never cleared the shelves or even purchased more than one or two of any item per trip. This evening I just noticed we're out of Pull-Ups wipes and my coupons expired 10/31. I wonder if there will be any left by midweek. When Johnson Buddies were free after the Target Qs, it took the stores quite a while to restock. People, please keep that in mind and pick up one or two--not enough to keep your toddler's future children in free wipes. Thank you!

Anonymous said...

Wow! Some people are very lucky to score a lot of wipes. Well, my Super Target will not let me do that for sure. One offer one transaction they said.

Tara S said...

anon 10:17 make them do separate trans....i would only get like three though not 10 or more. it says nothing about 1 per customer or 1 per day so if they want to say only one then say they can ring it up separately!

Amy said...

These are great. Thank you so much. I can't wait to use these game ideas for stocking stuffers and gifts. And not to mention the low cost wipes for my little ones. My budget needs all these savings.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for your response Erin...Very new at the Q's but have to admit it is very addictive and oh so fun...Just hard to find the balance of what is going to work for me

Sara M. said...

The Ben 10 Alien Force Creations Challenge is actually only $19.99 in the Toys R Us big toy book. That means it would only be $12.49 with price matching, right?!

Does anyone know if the flushable wipes pop-up that you could use them in a pop-up dispenser?

It's working on every wipes!!

Lowry517 said...

I will be completely honest, and I haven't bought any of these items. I cannot stand when people get all up in arms b/c someone else got a bunch of one item. Oh, well! Get over it!! I have dealt with this with friends that coupon. People get so jealous just b/c someone else got the deal. Most of the time the person that is jealous didn't go out quickly or as consistently to get to the deals. You have to get out there to get these deals. I have had friends who just sit back and wait while I would run out to the store each day. I was putting out WAY more effort than them, and they would get upset. Just be happy that other's got the deal and hope you can make it in time. If you can't, then there will be another deal for you somewhere in the future.

Anonymous said...

Sure, you have to play to win, but clearing shelves--or even getting ten or fifteen per order when the coupon clearly states "one offer per transaction"--is just plain greedy. It's because people have no self-restraint that limits are imposed to begin with.

Anonymous said...

In my honest opinion, I think that it is greedy to "clear the shelves." There have been many a times when I gather my coupons and plan my trip to Target and get there and more than half of what I want to purchase is gone. I think you can take enough for your family to cover some time but not empty the shelves. This to me is the reason people hate couponers.

Anonymous said...

Lowry517 - You think that those who are frustrated don't put out the effort? You're kidding right? I go to the stores several times per week - and always on sunday when sales usually start. I can't be running to the store 50 times a week though to get a deal. I have kids, classes and a life. But when I do I certainly don't clear the shelf. Today I bought 3 packs of wipes. that is more than enough to wipe my son's butt for a few weeks. And I still have plenty of time to use more coupons in the upcoming weeks. The coupons do not expire until Dec 5! So I really wish we could see things from each other's perspectives.
I totally understand your viewpoint abou lazy couponers that don't want to put forth the effort for the reward.

Anonymous said...

Off topic but has anyone tried the Glade deal at Target lately? I tried 3 holiday tins and 2 refills and no giftcard (all were holiday)--the ad does says "selected" items? Did Target change the "selected" items so that they didn't include those that coupons are out on??

Anonymous said...

Went to Target last night to get some free wipes and the shelf was cleared! I just asked a store associate if they had more and he went and got me some! So I'm happy :)

Anonymous said...

I agree that clearing out the shelves is unnecessary. I have been to Several Targets to get the Glade deal just to have it completely EMPTY! I am not lazy or jealous-I get out there as soon as I can. All we ask is for some people to be more respectful to others & fellow couponers. WE ALL LOVE A GOOD DEAL!!

Anonymous said...

Thank you Tara. I might try that.
I realy don't want to make ware house in my home,so 2 or 3 wipes will be plenty for me too.

Anon 10:17

Anonymous said...

You said, it Anon 10:23. Selfish couponers wonder why they get a hard time from cashiers and dirty looks from the customers behind them. Maybe it's because they're clearing the shelves and doing a happy dance while ripping the company off.

I'm sure Target's well aware that this coupon results in free wipes--after all, the coupon adjusts rather than beeping. They probably want customers to try these rebranded wipes in the hopes that they'll eventually buy them. But if one person gets them all, then (1) their kid will be in college before they run out of the freebies so they'll never actually purchase any and (2) Target is not able to provide this product to a broad market, thus increasing the chances of future purchases.

Bottom line: don't be selfish.

Andrea A said...

A tip for target shopping. If the item you want DOES NOT have a gray dot (sticker) over the tag ask for them to look in back. Most of the time they will have more in just not on shelf. The gray dot indicates out of stock items. You can ask anyway because people are lazy and don't pull the dots when they stock the item. I used to work the truck at target. HTH.

Anonymous said...

Here's the thing. There will always be those who think of themselves first and foremost and those who don't. Common courtesy is sadly about as rare as common sense. The big problem is that this sort of thing tends to whip people up into a frenzy, and otherwise thoughtful shoppers lose their heads. I think we can all agree that there are lots of families who are hurting financially (many of ours included). So let's all stop for a minute, and help out by taking only what we need in the relatively near future and leaving some for others... even if we are planning to donate. There will always be more deals and thanks to sites like this one, we will all be able to get in on them!

I just came back from Target and got 2 wipes and Xmas potato head.
There are plenty of them left for others :) Thank you collin.

Lowry517 said...

Ladies, please go back and read my comment. I clearly was referring to people who I personally know. I think it is to each person's discretion whether or not they will use said product or need said product. We just can't go around judging others b/c you just don't know how badly they need it or if they are giving to other's in need. I was by noway calling anyone here a lazy couponer. I don't even know you. Annoy. at 10:43, I was not talking about any one here just those I know. I have kids and are very, very busy with other things as well. There are times I have made a trip to a city almost 2 hours away. I am sorry, but I am not going to make a trip like that and not take several of what I traveled there to get. It would make no sense whatsoever. I just hope everyone here can keep their eyes on their own deals and not condemn others for what they get and don't get. It is just a rule of thumb. Someone is always going to be that person that took the last of whatever off the shelf.

PLEASE HELP.
new to the site here. Tried to print target coupons from coupon generator, but several coupons (legos, games, barbie) on screen had scrambled letters and were unreadable for one line; and printed that way; one line describing what the coupon is for is completely unreadable.

YIKES. is it an iMac issue? anyone else have this? Please help if you know of anything. i'm ready to do some power shopping!

Yay, I was so excited to get the Pictureka Flipper at Target today; it was priced $23.99 on the shelf; price-matched it to K-Mart's $14.99 price; used my $5.00 Target coupon and my $5.00 mfg coupon, and got it for $4.99, a savings of $19.00!!
I also got the Lulu FurReal cat; didn't have to price match it, as it was already lowered from $49.99 to $38! After $10 Target coupon, only $28. My Target didn't have the Spud Buds in yet, but I can't wait to get a couple of those for $1.00 each. I love this site!
And, as far as clearing the shelves issue, I do wish the store would put limits on how many of one type of coupon they would allow per customer (not per transaction or purchase), even if they are high limits: i.e. 10 coupons for smaller, cheaper items, 4-5 coupons for bigger items; I think that would help us all have a chance to get the product we are looking for, while not imposing unreasonable limits on anyone's savings. That's just my personal opinion though.

Anonymous said...

Everyone is mad, how do you know what "cleaned out the shelf" was maybe it was 4-5. Maybe that is all that was on the shelf. I think people need to get back to what we are all here for.

Anonymous said...

My target also has them for $1.27. Still, .27 for a pack of wipes is a good deal and I grabbed 5 which left about 7 still on the shelf. Yay wipes!

Jen said...

lovelyJennifer,

I have a MacBook and have not had that problem. That is all I can do to help... sorry! That is very strange sounding, though.

Anonymous said...

lovely Jennifer, I have a Mac and I've had that happen with some Target coupons. I actually assumed it was a Target coupon problem. It was only one line of text, and it didn't affect redemption. Try printing from a different Target coupon generator to see if that helps.

When shelves are cleared, like last night when I was at Target, of course it could be either one person or fifty. I'm telling myself that it was the latter, and I'm OK with that (although I'm not really sure how likely that is, as I do not live in a big couponing town--when we moved here, I marveled that I could go to Rite Aid midweek and still score SCR deals!). But it is nsulting when people have the nerve to boast that they cleared the shelves and didn't even pay tax. (Clearly, they're making a trip just to get the freebies.) Or they got fifteen--but there was "plenty" for everyone else. (Even if everyone gets fifteen?) I expect better from readers of this site. And if you are going to be greedy, keep it to yourself, so those who miss out can still believe in the basic goodness and common courtesy of others.

Went to two Targets so far; at one store they were .97 and wiped out, at the other, $1.27 and fully stocked. Hopefully, they'll raise the price everywhere soon and that will eliminate the bottom feeders who take scores of anything that's free, whether they want or need it--and after all, .27 is a great deal, too.

Anonymous said...

The toddler wipes are also $1.27 for the refill pkg at my Target. Even though the coupon says "baby wipes or baby diapers" I was still able to use 4 of the coupons yesterday and only paid .27 each for the refills. I was bummed that they weren't free, but .27 ea is not too bad?!

Target question- yesterday I bought the trial sized bottle of Renu contact lens saline- it was $1.52 and I used the $2 off coupon. The cashier scanned the $2 off coupon, then deleted it and instead manually entered a $1.52 coupon. Is this typical? I thought I would actually make money on the deal if the item only cost $1.52 but my coupon was $2, I should have gained .48? Or does it NOT work that way?? (new to this!). Thanks!

Ok, so I have not been able to find the pictureureka in the ad. I found it online but not in the ad online. Where exactly is it in the ad? I've searched several times with no luck.

Lowry517 said...

Well, I traveled 45 mins. away to another town to get the wipes. I did by no means clear any shelves. There were lots of wipes there. I did take several packages though. I spent my time and gas to make the trip, so it wouldn't make sense to just get 1 or 2.

Also, be sure and ask for someone to check the back for more. They often have more of items people constantly buy. Just because a shelf is clear doesn't mean there aren't anymore. Maybe they just haven't had the time to restock it. And, be patient with everyone. My family has several packages as well as the tub. We are going to be good for a while. Everyone have a great day!

meand4boyz said...

Shellie,

The games in the KMart ad are on a little wrap around piece of the ad. It is a little less than half the size of the ad and is not connected to it, just wraps around the actual ad booklet. They have them on the ads at the Kmart customer service counter.

You can get the big tub of the up & up wipes for 1.29, and with the coupon for $1/1 makes it a great deal for 29 cents. I stalked up and got 14 tubs, as well as gave my brother coupons for about 12. OUr store had no problems honoring all of the coupons.

I was able to do the glade deal, board games, and wipes!Thank you for sharing!

coupon worked on the toddler wipes, but they were $1.27...tubs were $1.29 but ended up being .29 (just 2 cents more than the toddler ones which have almost 1/2 the amount in it!)

The toddler wipe refill are 1.27 at my SuperTarget (Westminster, Co) and I tried today and the coupon did work on them! Totally excited because my toddler SO needs them!! I only buy a few packs at a time so I don't "get in trouble" with the employees for not using the coupon exactly with what it says and it seems to work. Also, the registar did take it without beeps.

Thank you so much for all that you do. Your blog has helped in so many ways. In particular...the game info has saved me $80.00 I was able to price match at target and got four games for $20.00. Great Christmas gifts for very inexpensive.

oh man! i didn't k-mart had Clue:secrets & spies for $14.99!!! i had target price match toys r us at $19.99 (target's price was $23.99) and then used the two coupons to get it for $9.99. i thought that was good...but i should have waited.

Target didn't let me use the wipes coupons (they said it was because they were for Super Target only and mine is a regular Target). I also couldn't use the Cranberry juice coupon because it was a printout copy. Grrr...

Anonymous said...

Thanks for the heads up on the toddler wipes!! They were $1.27 at my Target. I had the cashier ring up only one to make sure the coupon worked on the toddler wipes. The front end supervisor told the cashier I could only use one coupon, so I went to customer service and pointed out that it said one per transaction, not one per customer and she said I could use as many as I wanted in one transaction.

Shockers I actually was able to use a Super Target coupon and get a 40 ct pack for .49 after coupon...Sometimes it pays to keep trying. Usually our Target won't take the SuperTarget coupons and we don't have Super Target.

Ella said...

Just wanted to give a heads up that my October issue of Parenting: Early Years had a Target coupon in it for $1 off $3 worth of the up & up brand. So for those of you who have to pay .27 after coupon could benefit from this extra coupon if enough wipes were purchased.

Toys R Us has the Pictereka Game on sale for $12.99. Isn't thay a better ad to price match it with or am I missing something. That way after coupons it would only be $2.99.
