Just an FYI, the site says you cannot combine the 10 hr sale sets with any other offer. So I don't think the Free Sedu Mini Flat Iron Set will work...but ya never know! :)

Has anyone ever ordered from here before?

Brianne said...

Site says FREE shipping on all orders over $50.

No, but I really really need a new flat iron, and it was on my Christmas list. I may have to purchase one, and put it under the tree from Santa! ;o)

This is unrelated to this sale but has to do with the KMart better than Black Friday Sale. Please go here: http://www.kmart.com/?lid=gen_shop_now_cta&sid=IOx20091204_KM_Holiday_Promotional_KD1FG_A&eml=86903296&rioptype=KC&ruid=1000402
and if you scroll down it says that you can get a turkey roaster set for $14.99 PLUS a $10.00 mail in rebate..pretty good deal except when you go to check out it says its 24.99. I emailed KMart and I am hoping others will do the same as they should honor this sale. I know in the past if you email them they will give you the deal so thought I'd pass it along so if you take time to email them you can enjoy this GREAT deal too!!

Who in their right mind would spend $100.00 and up on a dryer!! And $50.00 for a headband wow you may want to take it off I think it's to tight!

My hairdresser would, if fact, he uses one of the ones on sale!

I don't mind paying 50-100 dollars for an item that I will use everyday. I have bought cheap irons/dryers in the past and had to replace them often. The cost added up to as much as one item. I guess it's a matter of preference for each person. I am stalking the time for this sale to see how much some of this stuff is!

Re: Milissa...I ordered my blow dryer and flat iron from them and love them. No problems with either order. I would definitely order with them again.

I never heard of this site before but the BabylissPro Carrera 2 Ceramic Ionic Hair Dryer is a great blowdryer at a pretty good price. I am a hairstylist and have that one now and I think that blowdryer is one of my favorite that I have had. I've had it for about 3yrs, use it multiple times a day,5 days a week and it still works good!!

The code SHORTIE will not work with these deals...just tried.

Ordered a value set...unfortunately, the "SHORTIE" code does not work with the value set offers. Still a great deal.

Milissa - I've ordered from Folica a few times and never had a problem. I also have a Sedu dryer and flatner and swear by them. I've got fine, thin hair. Not only are these fast but much easier on my hair.

FYI - shopathome is at 8% back today!

The SHORTIE code works with the Sedu hairdryer/flat iron set.

Ashley said...

you bought the set for $179?? I've been sitting here for a half hour trying to decide if I can justify buying the babyliss one for $85. Which the code doesnt work on that one

Lynn said...

Hey Anonymous 11:38:00 AM, I tried the code with that purchase and it said the promotions can not be combined...make sure you were not charged for it. Don't forget to got through Ebates!

Anonymous said...

Yes I bought the set for $179. I It's a total splurge on myself, but I have very fine thin hair that takes a beating with normal dryers. I never spend money on myself, so I don't feel too bad. I'll try it, if it doesn't make a big difference I will return it.

Anonymous about kmart: Add the item to the cart, it takes the $10 off. It says it is still $24.99 on the item but when you look at the total it takes the $10 off.

Lynn, I totally forgot about Ebates!! Ugh. I'm not sure why it worked for me, I'll make sure to check my credit card.

Anonymous 11:58:00 AM, I tried the code and thought it went through too until I was checking out and realized that I was being charged over $250! I went back and looked at my purchase to realize that they charged me for the 'free' flat iron.

Hey Ashley, one trick that I know about frizzy hair is to let it air dry a little before you blow dry it. Do not and I repeat DO NOT towel dry it for it makes the situation worse.

Ashley said...

after taking a half hour to decide I want it, I've been waiting a half hour to try to order the stupid blow dryer. These sales must be popular. I don't want to call customer service because then I won't get my 6% cash back from ebates

Anonymous said...

Anon about Kmart . I did this deal before Thanksgiving. When I checked the price at price checker, It said $14.99. Mail in rebate was in the box and rebate is not cash back( gift card ).I had $5 Kmart gift card from kelloggs deal! I only paid like $10for it and I'm waiting for the $10 gift card back :) The set is nice!

Anonymous said...

Lynn, I checked my email confirmation of the order and it still says the mini flat iron is free. I don't think they can legally charge me for it now. If they try to charge me I will cancel my entire order.

Anonymous said...

Lynn, I just checked my credit card and I only got charged the $179.

minnow said...

FYI - Shopathome has 8% cashback compared to ebates 6% ;)

Lynn said...

Ugh...I tried didn't work for me =(. That's an awesome deal thou! Especially the free extended warranty and free shipping not to mention the few hundred bucks you just saved! Anyone that thinks spending that kind of money on a hair product just think for a second on how much $$$ you're going to save in the long run! I use to buy the cheaper ones @ Target but it damages your hair, makes it frizzy, and breaks in a year or so...and by break I mean not heating up as it use to when u first bought it so it doesnt do your hair properly.

Anonymous said...

Stevie. Thank you for the info!!
I'm screaming happy!

Anonymous said...

Stevie thanks I'm getting a free pair!!

Some good deals.
And I would spend that much on these things because I am a Hairstylist.
My Scissors were $600.
