And to add...if you buy a College '09 Comforter set (19.99) you get a great booklet of Target coupons. There is a q for $2 off one Herbal Essence. Making it a MM. I did this a couple of days ago. Bought a shampoo and a hairspray. Used the BOGO on the hairspray, $1 mani on the shampoo and the $2 Target q. Made $.01...haha...but it was still a great deal!!

Okay so after some traumatizing Target fiascos (of which I won)... I'm super scared to try this because both coupons say limit one coupon per perchase.

Thoughts? What do I say when they challenge me? Will Target Corp go along with this?

I bought six herbal essence products this afternoon and had no trouble using both coupons! Also on an endcap I found an eco to go pack which included an intution plus razor,4 count refill cartridges, an aluminum water bottle, and a reusable target shopping bag marked down to $8.48 and then I used a $4 off coupon to make it $4.48! I bought several other items, my total before coupons was $83.68 and after coupons it was $35.08!

I used this scenario at my Target in Florida today and it worked great! And the products were only $2.79 each, so it ended up being less than 99cents each...hooray!

Sami Cook,
It means:
The coupon was found in the Sundays Newspaper 8/23/2009 in the Red Plum coupons.

What I have found helpful with couponing at Target is to go through a cashier that is young; high school student, they don't seem to be as picky about couponing. For me, if the register says "item not found" they just hit a button to for it to take the coupon and continue on. Also, with items that are less than the coupon amount (ie trial size SpongeBob toothpaste and Crazy Core Skittles), since the coupons were $1 off, I used one coupon and bought 2 of them, so I did pay .04, but they seem to agrue less since I am at the price of the coupon.

I've found that too. The high schoolers don't care and just click the register to take it. The older the cashier, the more problems i've had. Not to generalize but that's been my experience.

Must be as you age somehow coupons become stealing.
