Target Deals 9/20-9/26

Numerous readers are having issues with being able to stack a Target coupon and manufacturer coupon together on one item. Well, the good news is that Target's coupon policy clearly states that you can use both coupons together on one item. Their policy also states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. Plus, their coupon policy in now available to view online here! Yay! Print it off and keep it with you every time you shop at Target. You also may want to read more about the coupon issues people have been encountering and what can be done about it here.

Is anyone able to print the coupon for Taster's Choice coffee? I signed-up and when I hit print it said "There are no more prints left for this campaign."

There is also a really great deal on Bionicle toys available. When you buy one of the large action figure sets for $11.99 you get a smaller figure set fore free (a $5.99 value). These items have also recently been given a price cut. The larger ones were $12.99 and smaller guys were $6.99. These rarely go on sale like this. We purchased 3 of the large figures and got 3 small guys all for $36

I got lots of great deals in the dollar spot...all 25cents. I bought some great stocking stuffers and party favors. Well...not really great...but not bad for 25cents!

My Target had the Caribou Coffee Sumantry Whole Bean marked down to $2.24 for a 12 oz bag! Pair it with the $2 off coupon and it is a steal for only $.24. Also when I checked out the register atomaticly adjusted the price of the Market Pantry Cheese Coupon. Our cheese sticks are only $.40. The cashier said they are not suppose to take coupons if the beep and do not adjust atomaticly. Is this something new? I know just last week they had to manually adjust the coupons.

My Target did not have the Blueberry Special K on sale but I did find a peelie Target coupon for the Palmolive detergent. $1 Target + $0.75 MQ = made $0.26!!! Thanks.

I did the deal with the Hungry Hippos Game today. Unfortunately I did not have the Pepsi coupon as I think they ran out of prints before I could get it. But I did have a $5 Target gift card left from the Special K deal a few weeks back. Adding to my Christmas Stash! Also, the chocolate banana split Pop Tarts (8 count) are on clearance for $1.25. I bought 2 with 2 75 cents off Target coupons and 1 55 cent manufacture coupon so 2 boxes for 45 cents, not too bad.

OMG just realized that I did not have the coupon Collin mentioned. There is also a $5 Target coupon for Hasbro games which worked on this deal. So if you have the coupon for $4 plus the $5 Target coupon to stack it can be an even better deal.

I have stopped shopping at Target due to countless issues with pricing errors and the lack of good customer service when it comes to coupon use. I just couldn't handle the frustration any more. It's good to see that some people can do it though, and get good deals to boot! :)

I have NEVER had a problem with either Target I go to in Wichita, KS. They are great, and the cashiers are always friendly. I run into trouble with WAGS ALL THE TIME!! RR never print like they are supposed to. Fortunately the manager at the one I go to most often knows me, and I have always been polite. He just looks at me like, "what did we mess up now." He always fixes it for me. They do have some real coupon hags there though.

I can confirm that my target store is live with the new coupon upgrade.

None of my manufacturer coupons resulting in overage were accepted.

I was chatting w/ an ESTL about it and he said it's not even a matter of personal choice; there is no option to override or adjust.

Of course, take it or leave it as who knows whether he was right or not lol.

My experiences with Target and coupons started beautifully but then took a nosedive last week. Plus, even when I'd come home and printed out the policy to take back and make my point, I realized that the Chef Michael's dry dog food $3 coupons specifically state in the fine print that they cannot be used with any other coupon on the same item, which - unfortunately - is in Target's coupon policy as a reason they won't stack a mgr Q with a Target Q. So I just basically gave up on all that dog food. But I'm psyched about the new cat litter sale (2 A&H litter packages at $9.99 each results in a $5 gc back, plus I have a couple A&H coupons), so I guess I'll be going back to try again :)

Thanks for posting this! I had a great experience at Target this morning (the first time in MONTHS). The cashier accepted all of my coupons with no problem. If the Target ones did not scan she typed in the number manually (they never did that before) and I was able to use more than one of the same Target Q in the transaction!!

One other point of interest - not sure if this is nationwide but this took effect on Monday at my store (Bismarck, ND). For every reusable shopping bag that you bring in they will give you 5 cents off your purchase! So today I saved an additional 20 cents by bringing in my own bags!!

I think Target is finally beginning to realize how valuable our business (meaning hard-core couponers) is to them - let's hope they continue!

MOMG did you actually purchase a game using both coupons? It does not say any Hasbro game it lists 5 different ones and none of those have the manufacturer coupons with them. But if they took it for you I would like to try!

Yes I used both. I knew the coupon listed specific games, but I have found that all you can do is try. The games listed were more expensive Hasbro games. Sometimes I find things like that on coupons are just suggestions. If they said I could not use it I would not have aruged the point. I did the deal twice. :)

FYI - The $1.00/1 Head and Shoulders in the 8/30 P&G Insert specifically says it excludes the trial size.

I went to Target today and tried using the $4.00 off Hungry Hungry Hippos Travel and the lady DECLINED it and so did her manager! They say because the coupon doesn't say the travel size is included you can't use it! Well it doesn't exclude it either!
