Target Deals 10/11-10/17

Numerous readers are having issues with being able to stack a Target coupon and manufacturer coupon together on one item. Well, the good news is that Target's coupon policy clearly states that you can use both coupons together on one item. Their policy also states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. Plus, their coupon policy in now available to view online here! Yay! Print it off and keep it with you every time you shop at Target. You also may want to read more about the coupon issues people have been encountering and what can be done about it here.

**Also, Target is now giving a $0.05 credit for each reusable bag you use when checking out! They don't care where the bag came from or what type of logo is on it. I'm excited about this. It's just another great way we'll be able to save at Target. I would call ahead to make sure your local Target is participating.

target also has the bounce dryer bar on sale for 6.99 and there is a $1.00 coupon in the p&g saver today.

I used the bounce dryer bar and did not care for it, left no fresh smell just good for static cling. I have so far had no problem with target.

Can someone help me out? What the ounces for travel size and trial size? I get to the store and I'm confused. Thanks!

I just wanted to share that I am new to Target shopping. I have only been twice but the cashier was great both times. They didn't question any of the coupons. When they beeped she just punched them through anyway.
Does Target really price match? I have never heard that.

Anonymous said...

I think price matching for Target is kind of new but if your going to try to do it make sure you are buying the exact same item and have the ad with you. How much trouble you have at Target depends on the store you use and the cashier you get. Last week I went twice first time was a train wreck and the second time a breeze... all because of the difference in cashiers! I love shopping at Target no matter how much trouble I have some times!

Jess said...

price matching is not new at target. i worked there while in high school (10+ years ago) and we did it then. you just have to bring in the ad from the other store and make sure your getting the exact same item.

I guess my Target in Orlando does not sell the Honey Bunches of Oats with Pecans. There were nowhere to be found. Too bad because it sounds yummy!

I saw the All small and mighty last night at my Target in west Phoenix and it did have a 1$/1 on the bottle, but it was a Manufacture's coupons so it shouldn't be combined with an addition MC! still a good deal though

I asked my Target yesterday about the $.05 credit and he laughed at me and said no!

I work at target and the policy is correct as stated on your site. You are able to use a target coupon and a manuf. coupon. If the coupon is more than the item, the coupon should be ajusted down to match the price of the item so it registers as free. However, target does not give money for coupons, so you will not make money from coupons.

There are time when you CAN make money from coupons... ;) The cashiers might just not know how we do it :)

One coupon that I'd like to add:
I've seen BOGO MQ peelies on the Neosporin Lip Health at my Target. If you buy two, use the BOGO peelie, and the previous $3 MQ, you get two for $.34!

The Renu $2 coupon must have a high print limit because I was able to print at least four or five from each computer in our house! Love the free stuff! Thanks!

My Target had the summer printed ziploc sandwich bags on sale for $1.66 for the 120 count. Great price! I don't even know if coupons are available, didn't have them with me but bought 3 to submit for the SC Johnson rebate. Even without coupons will be free after rebate!

I think even if you're Target is not yet participating in the $0.05 credit for reusuable bags, you're still doing a good thing for the environment and not wasting so much plastic bags. I only get them if I am running out of trash bags for my small waste baskets for the bathroom/bedroom. :)

Am I missing something because I don't see the Eggo pancakes/waffles coupons anymore. I know I had printed them before but now they don't show up on the site, nor Hot Coupon World??

They opened in a new Target in my town less than a week ago, and I went today looking for the Neosporin lip care...completely sold out. Ha someone else around here must be reading this website!

I just bought 112 Fancy Feast Appetizers for $9 using the B1G1 manufacturer's coupon combined with the Target Fancy Feast B1G1 coupon! A total savings of $132!!! I LOVE coupons!!

Katy -- Wow. How many raised eyebrows did you get buying all that cat food? LOL

I found the travel size games and printed coupons in store thanks to the Follow Me Monday video. =)

The Ronzoni Healthy Harvest was on sale (not clearance) for $1 so .50/box w/coupon.

I also found the small Febreze To Gos by the register on clearance for .98. I used the $1 Q from a mailer ( Home Made Simple, maybe?) to score it for free!

One of the coupons that prints at the kiosk is for .75 off 3 Act II products and they were clearanced for around 1.25 for the 6 packs. I often eat a light dinner of popcorn, so .20 for dinner is great!

BTW, I love the Bounce dryer bars and the way they smell. I think they have a few different fragrances.

Oh, and my hubby and I had our free Jack Daniels burgers/chicken sandwiches at Friday's today! =)

argggh had probs at one of my Targets. Tried to get the 2 load ALL's and the $1 coupon beeped. The cashier called the manager over and they both looked at the coupon. I said yeah well it says ANY All 2x or small and mighty. Their argument was that well usually coupons arent valid on travel size. I said, "well, they specify no trial size..." they still refused so I had them voided. Guess I'll try another store...I really wanted them for my sister's college care package!! I guess I shouldn't be surprised since this store had no Bagelfuls, no travel games, and an alternate nature valley offer. I also had one Target tell me "oh and you get .05 for each reused bag! :)" and another one in a kindof ghetto area actually try to *ring up my Wegmans bag* and I had to explain to her in hand motions what to do with it. OK so she was new but even the cashier next to her that was helping her had no idea about the bag credit. arrrrggg!!!

I live in South Orange County, CA and I recently saw a sign on the customer service counter that said they price match. I'm not sure about the 5 cent bag credit though. Also, to all who have issues with coupons like Abby, I would politely argue with the employee/manager that you are indeed buying what is specified on the coupon (which DOES NOT say it excludes any size), and target will get reimbursed for the coupon, so they need to honor your valid coupon purchase. It's annoying when people think too much!

I went to Target for the All detergent and did find the clearance bottles for $3.48 and had a $1.00 mfg coupon but found the hanging tags on the bottles to be also mfg coupons not "target" coupons. I didn't offer both coupons at the register since they were both plainly marked "Mfg coupon". Am I missing something...would it have taken two mfg coupons that were different?

I had a wonderful shopping trip at Target this evening. I was able to do many of the deals for this week. On item I did have a problem with was the travel size Hungry Hippos game and the $4.00 coupon. The register came up "no item here" and she called over the manager. They both looked over the coupon and looked over the game, questioned the price etc. I told them that it says, any of the games listed and the manager finally said let her have it. I then handed over another coupon because I was buying two of them and I thought she was going to have a heart attack!! Other than that a great experience.

Anonymous said...

The target in robinson township in PA is the only one in the pittsburgh area currently offering the bag credit. The manager said it is a trial run at their store before all stores in the area will have it.

Anonymous said...

The Ronzoni is on sale for $1 this week at my Target - makes for .50 each!

Lynne said...

Ashley, the bottom of my Target receipt from yesterday states something like "will pay .05 cents per reusable bag used" - check your receipt to see if your store honors this. This is new, so perhaps you can get the last laugh on the cashier next time!

Anonymous said...

At my Raley's there are tear pads of the Kellogs fiber bars valuing $1. I have been able to use these toward the Target deal and roll it more than 1x paying only 32 cents OOP and get $5 gift card back!

trash2cash4u said...

BTW, I was mistaken -- the Act II popcorn coupons are .75 off 2 boxes, not 3 so it's an even better deal! They can be printed from target.com using the in store registry kiosk.

I had asked on another post, but what are your thoughts on the Neosporing BOGO peelies? They are MQs, not Target Qs and I don't think they should be used with the $3 printables to get 2 for .34....but if I'm wrong, please enlighten me! I can't find them @ any of my local CVS stores!
