Toys R Us: Possibly FREE Hi Ho Cherry-O Game!
Remember the smokin' hot Toys R Us Hasbro games deal I posted about previously? Well, I may have a way to possibly sweeten it further. The Hi Ho Cherry-O games are on sale for $3.99 and may also have $2/1 peelie coupons available on the boxes! If that's the case, the game will only cost $1.99! Plus, you'll be able to submit for the $2 rebate making the game FREE! Yay! (Thanks, SharpenYourScissors!)
I'd love to hear what games you've been able to snatch up at Toys R Us! Also, if you've cooked up any great Toys R Us deal scenarios, let us know!

I did the 7 $3.99 games I also sent them all in for rebates, my hi-ho cherry-o did not have peelie. But this was a great deal. They were not listed as $3.99 but did ring up that way just a heads up. Great deal I am psyched about this one.
I did two sets of the $3.99 Hasbro games. I was so excited. This was such a great deal. My family and I are helping to sponsor 700 kids this Christmas in our local area. These games are going to make for great presents!
Micki I'm so impressed. I love people like you! What a great idea.
We got two sets, and used the $5 off Connect Four coupon, so our grand total for 10 games was about $5. We're planning on donating at least a lot of them too!
I am so excited about the games that I got for Christmas, and some to save back for birthdays! I saw a commercial for Toys R Us mega sale this Friday and Saturday... any ideas what kind of deals will be out there?!
the leapfrog alphabet pal is priced 10.49 at Toysrus for their 2day sale. Price match at Target, and use their $10 coupon and its only .49!!!
Lauri,
doesn't it have to be a printed ad for them to price match? Is that printed?
Our Toys r us didn't have any of the games. Maybe the will get some more in.
I bought 7 of the 3.99 games (all different and all on the rebate form). Total came to 27.93. I had a $5 off 425 purchase (Geoffrey's Birthday Club)
Total with tax 24.31. I got a $10 gift card and sent of $14 in rebates. I paid .31 cents for seven games. Thanks for the heads up on the deal.
So bummed! I went today and my Toy's R Us (Colorado) was sold out of almost all of the games. Mad at myself for not going sooner. Hurry in before yours sells out too!
My Toys R Us was sold out of a lot of the games but I got some other great deals. I bought the LeapFrog Tag with 5 books for $19.99 and used the $10 coupon to snag it for $9.99!!! I can't wait to see my twin 5 year olds reading with this!
Michele
Where can you find the ad for the upcoming Toys R Us 2 day sale?
My Toys R Us was sold out of them too... a lady took the last ones off the shelf right when I got there! Sad!
I went Tuesday morning and they were sold out of almost every game! They will not give out any rainchecks either. That makes me so frustrated!
Here's my deals http://bargainfun.blogspot.com/2009/11/toys-r-us-games.html
With certain games like Monopoly, Scrabble, Battleship, and others you can get a free Family Game Night Trophy ($9.99 value) plus they also have a $3 rebate. So I got Scrabble, Battleship, and Memory + two trophys for $8.97, after the GC and rebates. Some of these games might still be left.
the 2 day ad came in my newspaper today.
I got a free Musical Sit & Spin at Toys R Us. It is on sale for $19.99 and used the $10 coupon plus my $10 gift card from the $3.99 set of Hasbro games! Love it!
Michelle, can you pls explain how you got the Tag deal for 9.99 with the books. I would love to get in on this deal.
Thanks in advance.
Andrea,
How were you able to use the Connect Four coupon? It is not for the same game. The coupon states clearly it is for the Connect Four 4x4 which is a much more expensive version.
I did the following transaction:
-2 UP movies (DVD/Blu-Ray combo packs) = $49.98 (on sale)
-1 Monsters vs Aliens DVD = $19.98
-5 Hasbro Games (including Connect 4) = $25.95
-Crib Railing Teether (for my daughter who seems to like the varnish on the railing!) = $10.99
I used 2 $10 UP coupons, 1 $5 Connect 4 coupon, a $5/$25 Geoffrey's Birthday Club coupon, and the $10GC off $75+ offer. I made a $5 donation to Toys for Tots and my total bill came to $85 after coupons. I received $35 in GC ($10 for Hasbro games, $5 for Monsters vs. Aliens, $10 for purchasing $40+ in Disney movies, and $10/$75 purchase). I'll also submit for an $11 Hasbro game rebate. In the end, I will have spent approximately $39 for 3 DVDs, 5 games, and a crib railing cover.
The Toys R Us booklet has all Tag Jr books on sale for 7.99 and Leapfrog had $3 coupons (they are out now) but I got some books for $5 with my $9 Tag Jr system. I am thrilled!!
Also, I got a $5 coupon off my next purchase of $75.
How can we get the Toys R Us 2 day sale circular? I need more toy deals!
I got the peelie on the Hi Hi Cherry-O on Sunday, along with 3 other games. Great deal - $11 for 4 games after rebate (and one was a $9.99 game!)
My TRU was out of most of the $3.99 games but I did do the deal with 2@3.99 and 2 @ 9.99. After rebate and GC cost about $9.00 which is less than the cost of one of the bigger games. Will make some kids happy this Christmas as these are for donating.

still not seeing how people are doing the tag plus books deal. someone pls explain.
thanks.
My TRU was out of Hi Ho Cherry-O (there were several others not on the shelves too, but when I asked, they pulled out a few boxes with more games).
But, I did get a lot of the other $3.99 games. I got 6 of the $3.99 games and Hungry Hungry Hippo that was on sale for $14.99. With the rebates, $10 gift card and a $5 off coupon (birthday club) coupon; I got HHH for $4.49 & the others for $.74/each! Some will be presents for my son, and some we're going to donate to charity. :0)
