On the Lindt Lindor Truffles I don't think you can use the november coupon book and the other coupon. Those are both manufactured coupons.

Anonymous said...

You can use both coupons on the lindt truffles so long as you hand over the one that is not Walgreens first.

Also the nexxus mousse is no longer working on that size. I tried at 3 stores and they all beeped. I checked around and it's happening everywhere.

Brenda said...

Yep - the Nexxus 2/$5 mousse with the November coupon does not work anymore!!

Courtney said...

Yeah i tried the Nexxus yesterday and today at two different stores. Says no item match or coupon already scanned. :(

Rebecca said...

I third that. The Nexxus mouse won't work anymore. The Wags I went to today said that was a trial size and they are just going to pull it from the shelves until November is over.

Anonymous said...

Don't get me wrong, I love the Lindt bars but I don't think it is humanly possible to love them as much as you! Thanks for all your hard work!

Brenda said...

The women I work with love the truffles so I will be stocking up so I can keep them all happy through the holiday season!! LOL :)

Anonymous said...

I don't have the SS coupons for the Nabisco deal. Is there anywhere else to find these?

Andrea said...

Has anyone else been able to print the Lubriderm q?

Anonymous said...

Rite-Aid is having another gift of savings starting tomorrow!!!! Yeah!!

Diane said...

Did you know Lindt had tasting events?

Anonymous said...

No lubriderm for me...I only bought 2 newspapers and the website won't print :(

Anonymous said...

My Wags only deducted $2.50 off when I bought the mousse on thursday. It was still a good deal because I used RR to make up the diffrence, plus this mousse is great if you want to add volume to your hair!

Anonymous said...

can't find the lubriderm q, please help!!!

Anonymous said...

I did the mousse thing when she first posted and it worked. They ran out of it the next time I went, but had some in last night, so I tried it. It beeped, so I just told them to take it off...:( At least I got 2 cans of it...but it such a great size, I was hoping to get more! Guess Walgreen's caught on to it, when so many people were walking out w/ free mousse!

Anonymous said...

I went into my Walgreens tonight and our Lindt truffles are priced at $3.99 a bag so I am waiting to see if they will go on sale. I did not see any for $2.50. Wish I would have though!
Also, I have a question; again I don't know that this will get answered...on the Wheat Thins where you mention using 5 $1 coupons for the Wheat Thins, does that mean you are actually getting a dollar coupon from FIVE different sources? I could not find the Thins coupon or any for Triscuit either. I am just trying to understand using 5 coupons and where those are coming from? Thanks.

Anonymous said...

SIDENOTE: I was able to use the $4 off of the Nexxus therapy shampoo priced at 5.49 a bottle. My final total was 1.98 and the cashier went NUTS! So much so that she told another worker to go grab her another one off of the shelf! lol. That is a pretty good price for a Nexxus product. I love the way it makes my hair smell and feel when I use it. Too bad we can't benefit from the mousse as my WHOLE family uses this product probably DAILY in my household. :)

Anonymous said...

So, I'm sure you know the Kleenex coupon states "Redeemable at Kmart".... so, other stores can't refuse it because it states that it is a Manufacturer's coupon? Is that correct? Thanks!

Anonymous said...

It is off the topic but just thought of let you all know that I got 3 of my SC Johnson Rebates each $5. It is very qucik and thanks to Hip2save.

Jenny said...

If I buy all 10 crackers at once, will I get 2 $3 RR back? Or do I need to do 2 transactions for that?

I don't have the coupons for them.

San said...

Can we use two $1 off Qs for coffee mate? Usually the cashiers never allow me to use Qs on the item I'm getting free :(

Anonymous said...

Jenny - you won't get 2 $3 rr's in one transaction. You have to do 2 diff. ones. HTH

Anonymous said...

I have been buying the Nexus shampoo priced at $5.49 since the coupon book came out. Even at $1.50 it's a great price for this shampoo.

Jenny said...

Thanks Anonymous for answering my question. I'm headed there tomorrow.

Liz said...

Can you use two of the 4 dollars off coupon for nexxus for 2 items in the same transaction?

Hi, I am new and today when I was at Walgreens saving big I bought the 3 pack Scotch tape and on it was a coupon for $2.00 off the Scotch cutter that will be on sale. Just wanted to give a heads up.
Enjoy

Anonymous said...

Thanks Bill! I have been searching for the Lindt coupon!

Anonymous said...

where is everyone getting the multiple cracker coupons? Like using 5 $1 coupons for the wheat thins. Do you buy multiple Sunday newspapers? Just trying to figure that out. Thanks!!!

Anonymous said...

What about Hunt's Tomato Sauce There's a Wags coupon if I'm not mistaken and RecessionPayback.com still has a coupon for $1.00/3

Kristy said...

Anon 10:26 ~ Yes, most of us generally buy multiple papers each weekend, that is how we get the coupons and/or fill in with the printables online as needed for specific deals. HTH!!

Sheila said...

Anon 10:26

Yes, you get multiple papers to get 5 or more $1 coupons. Ask neighbors, relatives, etc. to hang on their inserts for you. Most people just throw them out anyways. To get the RR on 10 boxes, you must do two sep. trans. HTH

And for the Lubriderm I only had ONE $2 off coupon and it was STILL a slight moneymaker for me, so even w/o all three Q's, you're still on top and left with a great product and $8 RR to keep on rollin!

linda said...

Hi! I'm new at this. On the WAGS Coffemate, buy one at $2.49, get one free....why would they allow you to use (2)$1/2...If you're getting one for free, why would they let you use the second $1 off??

The Coffeemate coupon states, $1 off when you buy ONE. If you're buying one and getting one free, I just don't see how they would let you use the second coupon....

Sorry, but some of this is soooo confusing. Is there a place on this site that explains what some of the abbreviations mean that you all use?

Anonymous said...

Hi, this is Anon 05:43 above, I meant 2 $1/1 on the Coffeemate...

Anonymous said...

I bought Lubriderm coupons a while ago and have only been able to find 3 of the right bottles once. Don't worry to much about finding the coupons! The deal is close to impossible to get!

Anonymous said...

Some boxes of Special K cereal have tokens on them for $10 off a pair of jeans! Just collect 5 tokens to get a voucher for $10 off any brand of jeans! Also, some of these boxes have peelie coupons on them (I think it was .50 off).

Anonymous said...

I was at Walgreens today and I bought 4 of the Coffee Mates. I used 4 of the $1 off coupons and it worked fine.

They also have Reynolds aluminum foil on sale for .99 (20 ft) with their in-ad coupon; well I had 2 of the .75 off manufacturers coupons from the Sun paper a few wks ago. The coupons said they "excluded the 20 ft roll" but I handed them over anyways and they still worked!!! Woo hoo so I got each roll of aluminum foil for .24!

Warning about Nabisco Deal (may be YMMV):

At my store at least, the Diabetes booklet coupons rang up as a MFR Q. Therefore, I couldn't use all my other MFR Q's. Still a good deal though, especially with the rebate. Also, for 5 boxes, the Diabetes booklet Q deducted $2.50, not $2!

Perhaps if you give the Diabetes booklet Q last, it will work, but at my Wags, they demand that I give all "Wags Q's" first...even though this one ends up being a MFR Q!

Anonymous said...

I was told that I couldn't use the Nabisco Diabetes & You coupon because it doesn't list Ritz :(.

Anonymous said...

anon 10:26 no, people are unintentionally misleading you, everyone gets a paper, but for this particular deal I was able to print off 5 coupons for the nabisco deal. 2 off the website and then smart source will let you print 2 mroe then I did one from a different computer.

Anonymous said...

The Stride gum 3 packs are 2/$4 with the WAG q from the ad. These also qualify for a 2RR when you buy 2. We really needed some mint gum after all the Trident fruit gum last month!

Anonymous said...

For the nabisco cracker q that was posted could print from smart source did you get the $1/1? All i see is $1/2. Didn't know if I missed it. TIA

Brenda said...

Anon 11:30 you are right...the printables are $1/2 not $1/1. The $1/1 was only in the inserts I believe. I used mine already at Target.

Has anyone tried the Kmart Kleenex coupons at Wags yet? Just wondering if they go through OK, Thanks!

Barbara said...

Hi Brenda, yes I used the Kmart Kleenex Q's this morning and they went through just fine, even with a picky cashier :)

Anonymous said...

Anon 10:57, what coupons off the website? i have been looking for coupons all morning. NONE came in our paper. thanks

Anonymous said...

I did use the Kmart Kleenex Q and it went through fine, I did cut off the Kmart part off though!

I have never had this problem with Wags until today, I used 2 $1/1 Q's for a BOGO sale items and the cashier would NOT let me use 2 coupons. She said you cannot use a coupon on an item you are already getting for free. :( It really does pay to scope out the right cashier! She made me feel like I was stealing!

Amy said...

Has anybody ever tried to use their Register Rewards after they expire. I have about $25.00 that expired on the 18th and wonder if anyone has tried to use them?

Anonymous said...

By mistake i used the RR for the nabisco and forgot to do another transaction. If im gonna buy again later is it goona be ok for the REBATE?...Do i have to mail a copy of the 2 $3rr OF THIS TRANSACTION?THANKS!

Risa said...

Amy, my fav store will not take expired RR's but my Dominic's (Safeway)will so maybe if you have a Safeway store you can get some groceries. Hope that helps.

OK so if the Comtrex deal works (it does I did it three times)with the November coupon and Healthy Savings, will the TheraFlu deal work with the $3/1 the November Coupon Book OR/AND with the Diabetes and You $2/1, making them bigger overage/money maker? Someone beter versed in the Wags details please think about that one and comment.

Anonymous said...

Re ANON Sun Nov 22, 06:14:00 AM post about not being able to find the 6oz fragrance free Lubriderm.

When the deal was first posted and coupons were available on the Lubiderm site it was hard to find them (I did the deal twice). Now I see them in every Walgreens because the coupon is no longer on Lubriderm's site. Look around the 6oz bottles were in stock in the 3 Wags that I was in today.

Anonymous said...

Werthers deal wont work. The coupon is off the 5.2oz size as stated.. thats not the ones on b1g1 free though. The 5.5oz. is b1g1 free and the coupon wont work for that one.

Ryan said...

I bought a bunch of the $2 Lubriderm insert coupons off eBay last week. Today I bought three of them, five Triscuits/Wheat Thins and some fillers to reach $25. Handed over the $5/$25 first, then the MQ's, then the Wags coupons. I had no problem with any not scanning. The $5/$25 did not reverse. Paid less than $7 and received $11 in RRs. After buying five more crackers I will send away for the $10 rebate.

Heather said...

FYI: My Wags took off $2.50 for using the Diabetes & You Q, bringing it down to $2.50 + filler item + tax for each transaction of 5 boxes! This was in Everett, WA.

Anonymous said...

In regards to the expired register rewards, Meijer takes competitor coupons and Walgreens RRs will work. If you go to a self check and just scan them, they should go through with no problems.

Can someone help? I'm looking at the Wags ad and I don't see the coffeemate in there at all. Am I missing something? What page is it on, or is it not in the ad?

Dee said...

CHIGACO SPARTAN:

It in the 1/2 page part of the ad thats wrapped around the front of the ad. The part of the ad has cashews, pepsi and sunkist on it.

CJ said...

The Coffemate ad is in the middle of the little ad that over wraps the main ad. Its in with the coffees and between the cereal and crackers.

Chicago Spartan said...

Thanks (abbout the coffeemate)! That part must have come off and is in my stack of papers somewhere.

RE ANON Sun Nov 22, 04:20:00 PM

About the suggestion to use RR at Meijer, maybe your location accepts them but mine doesn't.

Meijer in IL doesn't accept expired coupons and the location I shop will not accept current RR. Believe me I've tried it more than once through self-checkout not happening at my location. I have tried to explain that they are manufacturer coupons to no avail.

Brenda said...

Thanks,Barbara! I'll head to Wags tomorrow with them then!

Yep, Im sure this Nexxus mousse deal is done. I went in last Friday and tried and got the same results. Had a mang. come over to verify, He too stated some crap that this was a trial size. Hunh, wasnt last week pal! LOL

Oh well, at least I scored 2 for free.

Anonymous said...

Say, Im sure this has been asked before, if not, cool.

Can you use your RR at Meijer stores?? That would be soo sweeeet if you can. If so, any catches?

Thanks for any info on this one!

Anonymous said...

Oops, my bad!,just missed that comment about Meijer in IL.

Thanks, will have to try here in MI I guess.

Nabisco deal question for all:

Ok so on here it states diff. Nabisco crackers and such but the WG D&You book, only list Triscuit and Wheat Thins.

Just wondering if this same q will work on the other crackers?

If so, yummy! You can only take so many Wheat Thins ya know! lol

jen said...

Can I submit two receipts for the Nabisco deal? so that I can be able to get the (2)$3RR's?

Off Topic, I will be in New York, Brooklyn to be exact for the week after thanksgiving. Just wanted some quick advise if the WAGS up there are coupon friendly and if so which is the best one. wanted to get some of the black friday deals. Thanks a bunch.

I was able to use my register rewards to pay for my transaction today after I handed over the $5 of $25 coupon which was a nice surprise. I did have trouble with the Lindt coupon in the Walgreens book. It beeped but I had a great cashier and she just pushed it through. Someone mentioned it might be a manufacturer coupon which may explain why it beeped.

Anonymous said...

Liz you only need one coupon for the Nexus shampoo and it will take off $4 for each one you buy. I have bought as many as five in one transaction with no problem. Be sure to look for markdowns on the Nexus products. There are some great deals if you like this brand.

Re: Anonymous said...

Sun Nov 22, 06:46:00 PM 2009

The q is only good on W. Thins and Triscuit. I bought Ritz and it took nothing off for them.

Risa said...

D&You $2/1 works with the Healty Savings $2/1 with a $2/1 Manu Q makes the TheraFlu a $2 overage with a $3 RR! Enjoy more savings...I used the $2 overage to get me a new toaster even cheeper!

Amy said...

I went ahead and asked the manager in my Walgreens as he was walking by and he said if they scanned the RR and they go thru I can use them. I went thru no problem..... YEAH. I used all $25.00 today and they epired on the 18th. Good to know. Thanks for all your advice. This site is GREAT!!!!

Some of you people really are greedy. The Coffemate coupon states, "Save $1.00 when you buy one 15oz or larger package of Coffeemate." When you BOGO of the Coffeemate, you did NOT pay for the free one and should NOT be using the second $1 off coupon. That is dishonest!! and you ARE stealing!! No wonder the stores are getting fed up with all this couponing.

Anonymous said...

Not sure if it was mentioned, but I got the colgate toothpaste on sale for .79 cents, and used a 1.00 coupon. .26 cent overage :)
paste on sale is cavity protection, my coupon was for colgate, but a different style, had no problems :)

Anonymous said...

If it is Walgreen's corporate coupon policy to accept coupons for both items in a B1G1 free scenario (which it is I've talked to them personally) it's not greedy it's being a good consumer. If they have a problem with it they should change their corporate policy. It just so happens Anon 1:26 had a misinformed and not very nice cashier. That's it.

Erin said...

Here's a new one: I went to Wags the other day to get the Comtrex and several cans of free both ($2 in overage--yah!). I tried to pay with my Walgreens gift card, which for some reason won't swipe. The number on the back usually must be keyed in. I explained this to the cashier after swiping a couple times. She told me, "I don't key in no numbers--you have to swipe." So in addition to the draconian rules of using manufacturer coupons and Walgreen discounts, add this new one. So I guess Walgreens gets to keep my gift card money if their card is defective and won't swipe. : ) Too funny. (But only funny because my total was .55 and other cashiers just key the number in. It would be decidedly unfunny if all cashiers were like this!)

Anonymous said...

Well, I scored some good deals thanks to this site again! Woot Woot!.

Yeah I agree, this WG I went did not carry ANY of the Werthers 5.2 All they had was 5.5 on the BOGO free. I had a run in a Meijer with their Meijer Meal box last week or so on this and they had to call a mang. I told them all they had was every size except the oz sizse stated so how can you even buy it if ya dont have it. Well at least Meijer agreed and got that q. added.
WG yesterday, not so much But still bought the Werthers cuz they are so yummy. lol

Overall, it wasnt all dirt cheap thanks to this one, but cheap enough again! Woohoo.

Keep up the great work here!

When you have a MQ stating $3/5 on item X, Since you can only use the one MQ, can you now use 2 $1 RR to get this scenario for free them?

Since supposedly WG takes MQ and RR to ratio of 1 for each item ya know?. Hopefully Im asking this right lol Thanks for any info on this!!

Had same experience here in Denton TX: "Heather said... FYI: My Wags took off $2.50 for using the Diabetes & You Q, bringing it down to $2.50 + filler item + tax for each transaction of 5 boxes! This was in Everett, WA."

Also, Diabetes and You Wag coupon rang up as a mani coupon when cashier scanned it first. Manager had to come and re-ring my transaction scanning the Wag coupon last...

I just stopped by wags and they had a great deal on Biore moisturizer. Its the anti-aging stuff, and my wags had it on clearance for 3.79, plus a lot of them had stickers for an extra two dollars off if you checked out at the cosmetics counter. Also there is a $3 off coupon out there. So 1.79 and .79 cents if you can find it, They are regularly around 15 bucks, so not a bad deal.

The Werthers WAGS coupon wouldn't ring b/c those are not the ones that are on sale. They beeped. Wrong size.

I just started collecting coupons this week. I see in our Wags circular that select Stayfree is on sale for $1.99, I have a $1 and $2 man coupon...so I am presuming they will not take the $2 coupon as that is 1 cent over, so if I use the $1 coupon and pay .99 then. OR wait until they go back to regular price and then use the $2 coupon and they may end up being cheaper than .99 (I don't know what the regular price is). Trying to go for the best deals!

I am confused. I see a coupon for .50/2. Do I just print two to make $1/4? And does it matter which coupon I use first?

If you don't already do this you may want to start: KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS even though you think you won't ever need them. I was looking over the Nabisco $10 Keep the Jingle in Your Holiday rebate and thought I should look through my stack of receipts JUST IN CASE I had already bought some of the products. It turns out that yes I had bought some Ritz crackers in early October but I don't remember doing so. Anyway, instead of having to buy 10 products I am only in need of 6! Woohoo!!!!!!
