when you have a moneymaker... do they give you cashback or nothing??

Sadly this is $5.99 at my Wags, so no MM for me but still free if I could only get the Q to print! LOL!

Diana: WAGS won't give you cashback. But you can use the overage on another product. For example, if the product is $4.99 - $4 ESC - $2 Manf q = overage of $1.99 so if you buy something for $2 and don't use a coupon for it you'll get the excedrin and the other product for free. (Still have to pay tax).

Another question: is this a weekly or monthly price of $4.99 or is it only priced like that at certain stores?

Anon,

Great answer for diana! I would have said the same thing!:)

This price is the regular price where I live, but I've heard from others their regular prices is $5.99, so I'm assuming the price may vary a little depending upon where you live. Either way you'll still be able to get it FREE!:)

Is it their policy to give overage, or is that at the discretion of the cashier? I am new to Wags coupon-ing, and the last time I went the cashier scrutinized my coupons and if there would be overage on a coupon he put in the amount of the product and not the amount of the coupon.

Oh, also! Does the Dove deal only work on the regular soap? I am in love with the cucumber variety. I am not even sure they sell single bar packs of that...never checked there, but if they do would that work for the RR?

The overage is at the discretion of the cashier. I always make sure to have enough items in my order, so when I hand over the coupons it's not so obvious I'm getting overage.

The Cucumber dove soap probably will work for the RR deal. I'm not positive, though.

I tried to use my internet Excedrin coupon and Walgreen's told me today that it is a corporate policy that they do not accept internet coupons. They also told me they will not accept coupons that will be more than the cost of the merchandise. For weeks they have been allowing me to use my coupons but today I was met by management that it is corporate policy and the cashiers were not trained properly. Is this true?

I've never had a problem using IP coupons at WAGS. I would say this is a YMMV (Your mileage may vary) type situation. I guess a manager could not accept an IP coupon, but I would say this doesn't happen quite often. I would just try going back to the store at a different time of day when other employees are working.

Also buying items that creat overage is another ymmv situation. It can be done. If I'm getting overage on a few items, then I try to make sure I have other products in my order. They usually don't notice that my coupons are creating overage when I do this and my coupons don't get scrutinized as much either.
