OMG the work you put into this astounds me!! one question. i have the PG of which you speak....but I don't see the Veus coup. I see the Gilette fusion but there's nothing on there about a Venus?

i have a kinda-OT Walgreens question: can you use multiple RR's on a single item if you have fillers? My example is i want to get my dh a bottle of Joop cologne for Christmas, and it's around $40. i have four $5 RR from last week, and i was wondering if the Joop would be the above-value item for all of them with 3 fillers, or if i have to have four different items that are > or = to $5. Thank you!

Did the Hunt's tomato sauce Q reset? The one I printed awhile back (and never ended up using) expired at the end of November.

Erin said...

You can use all your RR's as long as you have the same number of items as MQs and RRs, no matter the cost of the item, so you should be fine.

Anonymous said...

Looked high and low for Toblerone Q. Is this Q regional or something? I want some chocolate!!

Question...let's say I buy something that will generate RR in an d of itself (ie. benefiber) AND I go over 25 will it generate the 5RR for that too???

Anon 11.12.... we know its you, Will

Just an FYI, they have Zhu Zhu at Shopko.com, I just purchased one!

Anonymous 10:50 - I just printed the Hunts coupon again, it let me print three! I had printed this coupon awhile back also, so it must have reset. :)

I am not sure if it is just my Walgreens, but the zooth and oral b toothbrushes are now priced 2.99-3.59, not 4/$10. It still prints RR for $5. Was the 4/$10 just a weekly price?

Anonymous said...

Steve - Yes, through today, when your total (before coupons) is $25 or more, you will get a $5 Register Reward, along with any RR the products purchased generate.

Hope that helps.

melanie said...

christy: i also had the same issue. the zooth a oral B rang up for $3.49, so def not 4/10. it did work for me previously though(like a week ago or so). Also as side note, the little paper gift bags are 8/$1 with in store Q, so these make great filler items if you have a lot of rewards to use. And these bags are great for stuffing with treats or goodies for neighbors & friends.

Thanks E :)

The Mucinex RR deal is only if you buy 2. So here's the correct deal scenario:

Mucinex 14 or 20 Count - $9.99 = Buy 2 or more get $5.00 RR
Use (2) $1.00 Qs from 10/11 SS
Pay 17.98 for 2
Get back $5.00 RR
Final cost is $6.49 each

Yes you can use as many as you have items, find a filler that is really cheap. Usually, if you look in the ad, you can find an in ad coupon to make something like pencils or gift bags (this week) really cheap $.12. Be careful though, if you are talking about the $5 RR from the $25 purchase, that is a Walgreen dollars RR and can only be used one per transaction. Same with the $5 RR that printed for the toy deal last week. An easy solution to turn those around is to use them on something that is free after RR's and priced at $5. The Neutragena works this week even though it is only $4.99. Pay $.12 after using the $5 Walgreens dollar RR, get back a regular RR that can be combined with other RR's in one purchase. Hope that I am not confusing anyone, just trying to help.

Anonymous said...

DO i need to chop up my transactions into 25 dollar incriments? Or can I say, make a 50 dollar purchase and get two 5 RR. Thanks for the help! I'm a newbie!

How do you play the Recession Payback game for the Hunt's coupon? Everytime I do it I pick a recession culprit and recession fighter and hit #3 for the coupon and it just sits there and never does anything, any suggestions?

Thanks!

James said...

I have a coupon for the Pot of Gold boxed chocolates, but it expires 12/12. The sale, sadly, starts tomorrow. :(

When I try to print another coupon, it says I can't because I exceeded my limit. Any way to get around this?

Anonymous said...

So if you get the Diapers, the Nivea and the Gilette Deal, you get 15RR, makes it $ 3.49 oop...

Anonymous said...

James,

Unfortunatly, I don't think you can from the same computer. But if you have access to another computer you could get more prints.

Happy Holidays Ya'll!

Heather W said...

Aren't the Holiday Reward RR's printing until 12/24?

Anonymous said...

I was wondering - how does it work if you take something back that you paid for partly with rr? I just bought huggies there a couple of days ago for 11.49! Ugh!

Anonymous said...

I had same issue with zooth toothbrushes. Went there tonite to do that deal, and they weren't on sale. I noticed it is not on her monthly deals anymore either. I am pretty sure she had it on there earlier today.

Anne

Anonymous said...

Tricia - It did that for me as well but eventually it decided it would load. Just give it some time. HTH!

Kristin said...

The $5.00 RR on the Zooth toothbrushes is a monthly deal but they were only on sale that one week. They will be on sale for 4/$10 again the week of 12/20.

AC said...

Just a heads up... For the Colgate deal... the IVC in the Diabetes & You book is for the 5.8oz or larger. The RR deal is for the 4.2oz, so this will not work.

AC said...

Another one that might not work is the Johnson's deal.. the linked Q is for $2/1 (27oz. or larger) and the Wags ad says $2.99 select Johnson's products 5 to 15 oz.

Can somebody post the coupon code for the Huggies from the Walgreens Coloring Book?

Monica said...

I tried to do the Walgreens Huggies deal, but the register beeped when I tried to use the coloring book coupon and the coupon says it is off regular priced items, so it was a no go. :(

I went to Walgreens today and scored a pretty neat deal...
Buy 1 Hungry Hungry Hippo travel game for $6.99.
Pick another toy for $6.99 (which will ring up free).
Use the Hasbro Manufacturer Coupon that was $4/1 any Hungry Hungry Hippo game.
Final cost for both toys is $2.99.

Lolo said...

To answer your questions about the $5RR when you spend $25 for this week, it is only going to be happening for two days out of the week. The dates are 12/16 and 12/17.

HTH you plan your shopping!

I know a while back we were discussing gift baskets for men. I have a 15 year old nephew that I would like to give more than just a gift card. If you bought the
Neutrogena Men’s face wash last week buy the Nivea for men’s deal this week, and add in one of the razor deals. It makes a nice addition to your gift card that you got using Swagbucks. Check out collins other posts about Swagbucks if you don't know about them.

Anonymous said...

Walgreens is my least favorite so I never can wrap my mind around the deals. Could you not somehow mix the Dulcolax Balance with the Tums or the others to make an even better deal? Like I said, I never can figure Walgreens out...

Anonymous said...

I just got a sample of Huggies in the mail this weekend and it had #3.00 coupons in it! I don't have the coloring book coupon but that is still a great deal! I am planning on giving diapers for baby shower gifts and one Christmas present.

Did anyone get the ziploc coupons?

Anonymous said...

did anyone else have trouble printing the Coffeemate Q from their website?

Vicki H. said...

Thank you for the warning Bonnie! i hadn't realized that and would have tried to use two of the dollar rewards! i'll "convert" it first before i get the cologne! You and E are my heroes! :)

Anonymous said...

Thanks Kristin for the info on the toothbrushes. I was hoping they would go on sale again.

Anne

Wasn't paying attention and paid $1.99 ea. for the Johnsons body wash. Couldn't figure out why until I realized the coupon is only for $1 off not $2 off. I used the provided zip code too...bummer:(

Tara S said...

when collin first posted the deals the coupon was for 2.00 off the larger size but then by the time i went to print it was replaced with the 1.00 off the smaller size which is the one that is on sale anyways so it will be 1.99 a bottle...not a good price for me since i usually find a sale that will make them free, but if you need it its not too bad. hth....oh and my wags didnt have the nestle chips in the ad but when i asked if they were on sale they rang up 1.69 so even better! they were on the shelf for over 3.00!! I used both diaper coupons fine but i had fillers for both the man and the wags coupon and make sure they only scan the diaper one since they are all so close together. and another good tip is to make sure they hit total before you hand over ANY coupons so that you know its 25 and the register accepts the 25.00 limit and prints out the 5.00 rr....someone said that in a post and when i went on my 4 trips yesterday none of the cashiers were gonna hit total until i asked what my total was, so i would have gotten all messed up! HTH!

The schepps milk is priced at $1.99. There is a $1 coupon from the newspaper a couple of weeks back. Sorry I can't remember which one. 99cents for a gallon of milk is great in my book!
