New--Oh So Yummy Coupon...

I'm so excited about a yummy new coupon available! I'll give you a hint--what did I take a bite out of on my CVS "Follow Me Monday" video? Yes, that is correct...it's a Lindt chocolate coupon! Yay!

This new coupon is good for $1/1 Lindt Lindor Truffles (5.1 oz bag or greater). It also doesn't expire until 2/28/2010! To get this coupon is a bit more difficult then usually. First, you'll need to go here and you should see a square boxed ad banner under the "Featured" yellow box banner on the right hand side. The advertisement in the banner will change every time you refresh or reload the screen. After 3 times of refreshing the screen, I was able to see the Lindt advertisement and on the ad it states "Rollover for a $1 coupon". So Rollover the ad and then you'll be redirected to the $1/1 coupon link!

Also, the Lindt Truffles go on sale for around $2.99 quite often at Walgreens. You can combine the $1/1 coupon from above with the $0.50/1 Walgreens November coupon to score the truffles for just $1.49!

Emailing Companies Really Does "PAY" Off!

Remember the post I did on emailing companies to score coupons and freebies? Well if not, you'll definitely want to check out the post here-- and make sure to read through the comments for even more great tips!

I challenged you all in the previous post to set aside time each day to email a few companies. Well, I'm happy to report that it seems like lots of you are doing just that! I've gotten so many emails from readers excited about the FREE coupons and samples they've received in the mail! What did they do to get these? Just emailed a company and gave them a compliment or two about a product or products they like and some readers even emailed companies letting them know why they didn't like a product. There is nothing wrong with emailing companies to try and score some free coupons or even free products. Just be honest in your emails. That's it!

Mary, a reader, emailed tonight and was very pleased with what she found in her mailbox today (pictured above):

"I have been emailing a few of my favorite companies every week since you posted about doing so and today in my mail I got this wonderful surprise from Splenda! Alright, here's a quick update to the Target price match deal scenario I posted below. There have been quite a lot of questions regarding being able to use a Target coupon on a price match item. Well, according to reader, Nicole , this can be done. She emailed Target corporate directly about this issue and this was their reply back:
